As set out in the previous points, our tender is intended to develop our technical examination and analysis activities in its entirety, No 7120 TEÁOR. Within the framework of the tender, we only carry out the energy development of one building (which is located on our site) in which the installation of a solar panel system is carried out. By exploiting renewable energy sources, maintenance costs are minimised over time and savings can be used for other important purposes. The direct aim of the building itself is to meet the requirements of the age, which will contribute indirectly to the financing of our company’s further development plans by reducing expenditure. It is absolutely necessary to reduce expenditure in the short term. A 53.1 kWp solar panel system consisting of 180 Suntech STP 295 W solar panel modules, 2 Solar Edge inverters and other items needed for installation would be installed on our site at 4060 Balmazújváros, Böszörményi út 57. The present development enables our company to invest in an ever-increasing energy use of existing and new electric machines used on our site, and the associated high costs will be reduced or partially eliminated in the future. As part of the energy development, only the cost of materials and fees for installing the solar panel system is charged. The building concerned has not previously been subject to technical preparation other than the needs assessment of the building. This upgrading is not subject to construction permit. In order to ensure that the project is well founded, a bid from the contractors has been compiled and an energy certificate has been drawn up for the submission of the tender. The modernisation and development of the property included in the tender will serve to strengthen our market position. As a result of this development, we want to create a modern, cost-effective environment for our main activity at domestic and even international level, thanks to which the satisfaction of our employees and our suppliers will improve. Our existing number of employees can serve our orders. Our company currently employs an employee with appropriate experience, who has the necessary experience for the smooth running of the project. Thanks to our considerable experience, we can quickly and seamlessly implement the project. Our company can ensure the sustainability of our project results, the financial coverage of the operating costs due to the reduction of expenditure due to the development and the increase in revenue. Our company has the professional capacities necessary to deliver the results of the project and to operate them. (English)

    Az előző pontokban írtaknak megfelelően pályázatunk teljes egészében a 7120 teáor számú műszaki vizsgálat, elemzés tevékenységünket kívánjuk fejleszteni. A pályázat keretein belül csupán egy épületünk (amely a telephelyünkön található) energetikai fejlesztését hajtjuk végre, amelyben napelem rendszer telepítésével kapcsolatos kivitelezés valósul meg. A megújuló energiaforrások kiaknázása révén a fenntartási kiadások idővel minimalizálódnak, az így megtakarítást pedig egyéb fontos célokra fordíthatjuk. Közvetlen célként magának az épületnek a kor követelményeinek való megfeleltetése jelenik meg, ami közvetett módon a kiadások csökkentése révén hozzájárul majd cégünk további fejlesztési terveinek finanszírozásához. Rövidtávon mindenképpen szükséges a kiadások csökkentése. A 4060 Balmazújváros, Böszörményi út 57. szám alatt található telephelyünk épületére történne egy 53,1 kWp -os teljesítményű napelem rendszer telepítése, amely 180 db Suntech STP 295 W napelem modulból, 2 db Solar Edge inverterből áll, illetve a telepítéshez szükséges egyéb tételekből tevődik össze. Jelen fejlesztés cégünk részére olyan beruházást tesz lehetővé, melynek eredményeképpen a telephelyünkön használt meglévő és új elektromos gépek egyre növekvő energia használatát, és az ezzel járó magas kiadásokat kívánjuk a jövőben csökkenteni, ill. részben megszüntetni. Az energetikai fejlesztés részeként elszámolásra csupán a napelem rendszer telepítésének anyag és munkadíj költsége kerül. Az érintett épület vonatkozásában korábban nem történt műszaki előkészület az épület igényfelmérésén kívül. Jelen korszerűsítés nem építési engedélyköteles beruházás. A projekt megalapozottsága érdekében kivitelezői árajánlat került összeállításra, illetve energetikai tanúsítvány készítése történt a pályázat benyújtásához. A pályázatban szereplő ingatlan korszerűsítése, fejlesztése piaci pozíciónk erősítését fogja szolgálni. Ezen fejlesztés eredményeként a főtevékenységünknek szeretnénk hazai és akár nemzetközi szinten egy modern, költséghatékony környezetet létrehozni, melynek köszönhetően alkalmazottaink és hozzánk érkező szállítóink elégedettsége is javulni fog. Meglévő munkavállalói létszámunk el tudja látni megrendeléseink kiszolgálását. A társaságunk jelenleg is foglalkoztat megfelelő tapasztalattal rendelkező munkavállalót, aki a projekt zavartalan lebonyolításához szükséges tapasztalattal rendelkezik. A jelentős tapasztalatunknak köszönhetően gyorsan és zökkenőmentesen meg tudjuk valósítani a projektet. A projekt eredményeinknek fenntarthatóságát, az üzemeltetési költségek pénzügyi fedezetét a fejlesztésnek köszönhető kiadáscsökkentés, valamint bevétel növekedés nyomán cégünk biztosítani tudja. Cégünk rendelkezik azokkal a szakmai kapacitásokkal, amelyek a projekt eredményeinek ellátásához, illetve azok üzemeltetéséhez szükségesek. (Hungarian)
