The aim of our organisation is to help improve the labour market situation of disadvantaged people living in the Western Transdanubia Region, promote adult education and retraining, contribute to increasing employment. Our strategic goal in the application is to give disadvantaged workers — especially those returning from GYES and GYED — job opportunities, by providing complex services for them to facilitate their situation and employment. Since its foundation, our company has carried out several projects related to the social situation and employment. Besides this, it has been involved in such projects. Thus, we have a lot of information about the needs, needs and solutions to the target group. Our company has 9 years of project experience.Sombathely and its surroundings have favourable employment data due to the proximity of the Austrian border, but there is a big structural problem, especially well-trained women find jobs that match their qualifications. Thus, one of our goals is to make it easier for disadvantaged people to work and to better accept those returning from GYES, GYED in the labour market. There are places in crèche, but the number of flexible solutions is low, there are occupations for (small) children, but the offer is incomplete. Our other goal is therefore to facilitate the situation of parents with young children with new, alternative solutions. The venue of the implementation does not have a community space, there are no businesses, shops, confectionery, catering units are not very much accessible on foot or within a safe distance with young children. Thus, our third goal is to create a place that gives opportunities for community life, especially for mothers with young children, together with their children. This also makes it easier to return to work, and with the confectionery, we create jobs for disadvantaged people and, on the other hand, we respond to a market niche in the settlement area. Within a building, we provide solutions that can provide complex help for mothers returning from GYES, GYED. On the one hand, we create co-working offices. We offer this opportunity to companies whose activities allow this kind of work and to get their employees to the workplace. First of all, companies settled in the villages from the surrounding area, as well as individual entrepreneurs, start-ups, whose office workers only need IT tools to work. We ourselves plan to provide a similar solution to companies that would outsource part of the office administration. Thus, our own employees would work in the building, who will be engaged in the provision of business services. The services undertaken may be financial and other administrative, but we try to find solutions to any needs involved. For this we plan 4 staff members. Thirdly, we open a community cafe, the operation of which would involve members of the disadvantaged target group. There is no such unit in the area, and it fits the profile of the house. We'd hire three coworkers to do this. A dedicated staff member would be responsible for organising, contacting and marketing to ensure that the functions work properly. Fourly, family day care services will be placed in the building and children’s activities will take place. On the ground floor there is a place for the cafe and the child’s part, in the attic of office works. Our main target group is women returning to work after raising children, to whom we would like to help them through flexible work organisation and community development opportunities, and we would also choose some of our employees from among them. But we also do not exclude other disadvantaged workers. On the other hand, businesses are the target group to access services in one form. The opening hours of the house will be adapted to your needs. The opening hours of the cafe are treated separately, but the two are aligned. We coordinate the opening hours with the target group, as the appropriate, rather phased opening hours result in more concentrated costs for us, and it can be beneficial for employees as well. The target group should be provided with information on what opportunities we offer. We will achieve this with the help of various marketing tools, and the organising staff will be responsible. The wage costs of new employees are br. HUF 200 000/person, the total cost of the project is HUF 54 888 889 net.The tender is fully compliant with the call for tenders 3.4.1. The building concerned is about 150 sqm in total. From the project we plan the architectural works of the upper level and the installation of the lower level and the upper level. Furthermore, employment, preparation, publicity and marketing costs, as well as the costs of awareness-raising actions are included in the project budget. In addition, we implement internal training, which is not included in the budget. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Szervezetünk célja, hogy segítse a Nyugat-dunántúli Régióban élő hátrányos helyzetű emberek munkaerő-piaci helyzetének javulását, elősegítse a felnőttképzést és az átképzést, hozzájáruljon a foglalkoztatottság növeléséhez.Stratégiai célunk a pályázat kapcsán, hogy a hátrányos helyzetű munkavállalókat – elsősorban a GYES-ről, GYED-ről visszatérőket – munkalehetőséghez juttassuk, számukra kialakított komplex szolgáltatásnyújtással helyzetüket, munkába állásukat megkönnyítsük. Vállalkozásunk, megalapítása óta, több olyan projektet is lebonyolított, amelyek a szociális helyzettel, illetve a foglalkoztatással voltak összefüggésben.E mellett közre is működött ilyen projektekben. Harmad részről közösségi kávézót nyitunk, amelynek üzemeltetésébe a hátrányos helyzetű célcsoport tagjait is bevonnánk. Másfelől pedig a vállalkozások jelentik a célcsoportot, akik valamelyik formában igénybe tudják venni a szolgáltatásokat. A ház nyitva tartását az igényekhez igazítjuk. A kávézó nyitva tartását külön kezeljük,de a kettőt igazítjuk egymáshoz. A nyitva tartási időt egyeztetjük a célcsoporttal, mivel a megfelelő, inkább szakaszos nyitva tartás nekünk is koncentráltabb költségeket eredményez, a munkavállalók szempontjából is előnyösebb lehet. (Hungarian)
