The developer decided to launch the competition entitled ‘Support for building energy development to use renewable energy and increase energy efficiency’ (code number GINOP-4.1.4-19) published in the framework of Széchenyi 2020. The building under its management, which was planned, has been built for more than 30 years and has undergone continuous improvements. Structurally appropriate, but the professional and energy conditions no longer meet today’s energy requirements. However, this tender only supports interventions generating energy savings, so the task is limited to these main elements of the development: • replacement of older facade doors The building’s bordering building structures have been modernised according to the needs of the age during the continuous renovations and improvements, and have been replaced with improved thermal insulation capabilities. During the renovation of the structures, most of the aged wooden openings were replaced with modern plastic doors and windows. We replace 11 old doors and windows with low-quality wooden structure with modern plastic doors and windows. Plastic outdoor windows, insulated windows, high air-tight windows are placed in a pre-missed wall opening, PUR foam seal, (with new fitting, fine adjustment), six-chamber profile, single wing design, with roll-open iron, e.g.: REHAU Euro-Design 86 windows and doors with the same technical content, with three layers of thermal insulation glazing in white, with UR < 1.1 W/m2K thermal conductivity. • replacement, modernisation and development of heating system, related mechanical units. After dismantling existing gas boilers and convectors, new mechanical units will be installed. In order to increase the efficiency of heating energy, the heating energy is produced by a heat pump, the planned new gas boiler primarily serves domestic hot water supply and helps heat pumps produce heating hot water as a reserve in case of extreme weather. • installation of a solar system Another element of the planned energy development is the replacement of electricity from utilities during the conversion of the energy used to renewable energy. A possible solution to this is the use of solar panels. The flat roof surface of the building affected by the development provides a good place for the installation of solar panels. The planned amount of solar panels has been calculated according to the energy used and the additional energy demand of the heat pump development. Solar panel MODUL solar panels are placed in two parts of the flat roof. A total of 36,36 kWp solar panel is installed. The planned inverter will be placed in a heat centre designed for the right wing 2 S inverters. This is the complete development, the building’s containment structures are completely energy-saving and meet the existing energy requirements, and the use of energy from existing utilities is converted to renewable energy. The electricity demand is triggered by solar energy and the natural gas demand is generated by a heat pump. (English)

A szerkezetek felújítása során a megöregedett fanyílászárók többségét modern műanyag nyílászáróra cserélték. Az épületen 11 db régi, rossz minőségű faszerkezetű nyílászárót cserélünk modern műanyag nyílászáróra. Az elhelyezni kívánt műanyag kültéri nyílászárók, hőszigetelt, fokozott légzárású ablak kerülnek elhelyezése előre kihagyott falnyílásba, PUR hab tömítéssel, (újszerelvénnyel, finombeállítással), hatkamrás profilból, egyszárnyú kivitelben, bukó-nyíló vasalattal pl.: REHAU Euro-Design 86 vagy azzal azonos műszaki tartalmú ablak és ajtó, három rétegű hőszigetelő üvegezéssel, fehér színben, UR < 1,1 W/m2K hővezetési tulajdonsággal. • fűtési rendszer, kapcsolódó gépészeti egységek cseréje, modernizációja, fejlesztése A meglévő gázkazánokat, konvektorok elbontása után új gépészeti egységek kerülnek elhelyezésre. A fűtés energia hatékonyságának növelése érdekében a fűtési energiát hőszivattyúval állítjuk elő, a tervezett új gázkazán elsősorban a használati melegvíz ellátást szolgálja és szélsőséges időjárás esetén segít a hőszivattyúknak a fűtési melegvíz előállításában, mint tartalék. • napelemes rendszer telepítése A tervezett energetikai fejlesztés másik eleme a felhasznált energia megújuló energiára történő váltása során az elektromos energia kiváltása a közművekről. Ennek lehetséges megoldása napelemek használata. A fejlesztéssel érintett épület lapostető felülete jó helyet biztosít a napelemek elhelyezésére. A tervezet napelem mennyiség a felhasznált energiának és a hőszivattyús fejlesztés többlet energia igényének megfelelően lett kiszámítva. NAPELEM MODUL napelem panelek kerülnek a lapostető két részére elhelyezésre. (Hungarian)

(English)
