For the protection of the inverter, it will only switch back on the long-term return of the mains voltage (after 5 minutes) with the required synchronisation conditions. The inverters have built-in overcurrent protection and protection against overvoltage and isolating switches. The inverter has a 5-year product guarantee. A total of 46 solar modules with a rated power of 370 Wp are installed on the roof of the building, which are attached to the plate roof with an aluminium support structure. According to the layout plan, solar panel orientation is south, their inclination is 25-35 degrees. Solar panels are connected with pre-assembled water and UV standing standard MC-plug PV-KST/MC-Socket PV-KST connectors. Electrical connections are discharged in UV-resistant direct current lines and protective channels of appropriate cross-section (not exceeding 1 % voltage drop in the specified length), thus ensuring enhanced UV and mechanical protection. Positive and negative conductors from solar modules are clearly separated from each other for safety reasons. Cable conduction is carried out in a protective duct, which is clearly marked. When installing the solar panel system, the fire protection regulations and the required standards are taken into account. Proper assessment and preparation and precise planning of the investment ensure the successful implementation of the project and the smooth use of renewable energy in the long term. (English)

    A projekt keretében egy 17,020 kWp csúcsteljesítményű napelemes rendszer telepítése valósul meg a Lorry GM Kft. telephelyén, mely a 9800 Vasvár, Győrvári u. 113. címen található. Az ingatlan tulajdoni viszonyai rendezettek, megfelel a pályázat előírásainak. A projekt előkészítése során megtörtént az épület felmérése, mely alapján megállapítható, hogy az ingatlan teljes mértékben alkalmas a projekt megvalósítására. A telephely villamos elosztórendszer jó állapotú, korszerű. A fejlesztéssel érintett épület tetőszerkezete lemeztető, melynek típusa és mérete is megfelelő a beruházás megvalósításához. A felmérést és az alkalmasság megállapítását követően elkészült az elrendezési terv, mely alapján a kivitelezés megvalósítható lesz. A fejlesztéshez hatósági engedély beszerzése nem szükséges. A projektben egy 15,0 kW névleges AC teljesítményű napelemes kiserőmű telepítése valósul meg, megújuló energia használatának, energiahatékonyság növelése céljából. A napelemek összteljesítménye: 17,020 kWp. A telepítendő napelem modulok monokristályos technológiájúak, névleges teljesítményük 370 Wp. A termékgarancia minimum 10 év, így hosszútávon biztosítható a rendszer megfelelő működése. A betervezett inverterek névleges összteljesítménye 15,0 kW. A választott inverter a hálózati engedélyes által jóváhagyott berendezések listáján megtalálható. Áramszünet idején az inverter a vonatkozó szabványok előírásai alapján, a beépített védelem-automatikák segítségével kikapcsol, szigetüzemben nem táplál a hálózatra. Az inverter saját védelme érdekében csak a hálózati feszültség tartós visszatérésekor (5 perc után) kapcsol vissza, az előírt szinkronozási feltételekkel. Az inverterek rendelkeznek beépített túláram, és túlfeszültség elleni védelemmel, illetve leválasztó kapcsolóval is. Az inverter 5 éves termékgaranciával rendelkezik. Az épület tetőszerkezetén összesen 46 darab 370 Wp névleges teljesítményű napelem modul kerül telepítésre, melyek a lemeztetőhöz csavarozva alumínium tartószerkezettel kerülnek rögzítésre. Az elrendezési terv szerint a napelemek tájolása déli, dőlésszögük 25-35 fok. A napelemek egymáshoz előszerelt víz és UV álló, szabványos MC-plug PV-KST / MC-Socket PV-KST csatlakozókkal kapcsolódnak. A villamos összekötések megfelelő keresztmetszetű (megadott hosszban 1% feszültségesést meg nem haladó) UV-álló, egyenáramú vezetékekben, védőcsatornákban kerülnek elvezetésre, ezzel biztosítva fokozott UV és mechanikai védelmet. A napelem moduloktól induló pozitív és negatív vezetők biztonsági okokból egymástól jól láthatóan elkülönítve kerülnek elvezetésre az inverterig. A kábelvezetés védőcsatornában történik, melynek feliratozása jól látható módon feltüntetésre kerül. A napelemes rendszer telepítésénél figyelembevételre kerülnek a tűzvédelmi előírások és a szükséges szabványok.
