1. Architecture The facade of the building is equipped with dryvit thermal insulation. The thickness of the Austrotherm AT-H80 thermal insulation tiles on the façade is 150 mm, which is attached exactly to the wall structure. The existing industrial gate will be replaced by HÖRMANN sectional garage door. Thermal insulation is installed on the inner and upper planes of the attic wall with a thickness of 150 mm. 2. Solar system: The conditions for the deployment of the system are met. 48 modules are placed on the roof of the building. 60 cell monocrystalline modules with aluminium frame, 3.2 mm iron-free hardened solar glass, EVA filling, IP65 connector box, solar wire, solar connectors. Designed panel: Risen RSM60-6-310M. Support structure: Stainless steel and aluminium lightweight duct system with connecting elements, for fitting to the PV-generator arrangement, partly with scaffolding and partly parallel to the roof plane. Inverter: 1 (FRONIUS SYMO 12.5.0-3-M) three-phase 400/3x230V, operating in synchronous operation with 50 Hz network, with Wi-Fi module. 3. Engineering The building is converted into an internal gas supply. The pipeline gas supply was previously installed in the building. Existing gas appliances and pipelines will be decommissioned. The measured low-pressure wire material to be installed is a standard seamless steel tube.     1. Építészet Az épület homlokzatán dryvit rendszerű hőszigetelés készül. Az AUSTROTHERM AT-H80 hőszigetelő lapok vastagsága a homlokzaton 150 mm, melyet pontszerűen rögzítenek a falszerkezethez. A lábazat 150 mm vastagságú formahabosított EPS hőszigetelést (AUSTROTHERM Expert Fix) kap. A födém felső síkjára AUSTROTHERM AT-N100 EPS hőszigetelő lemez kerül. A felülvilágító lábazati fala hőszigetelésre kerül, a falának külső síkjára dryvit rendszerű hőszigetelés 200 mm vtg. AUSTROTHERM Expert Fix hőszigetelő lemez kerül felvitelre. A felső síkon üregkamrás POLIKARBONÁT felülvilágítót építenek be, félnyeregtetős kialakítással, 25 mm vastagsággal. Az épület homlokzati nyílászáróit kibontásra kerülnek (acél szerkezetű nyílászárók, kopolit üveg). Ezt követően beépítésre kerülnek az új műanyag szerkezetű nyílászárók a tervdokumentációnak megfelelően. A meglévő ipari kapu kicserélésre kerül HÖRMANN szekcionált garázskapura. Az attikafal belső és felső síkján hőszigetelést építenek be, melynek vastagsága 150 mm. 2. Napelemes rendszer: A rendszer kiépítésének feltételei adottak. Az épület tetejére 48 db, modul kerül elhelyezésre. 60 cellás, monokristályos modulok alu keretben, 3,2 mm vasmentes edzett szolárüveggel, EVA kitöltéssel, IP65-ös csatlakozó dobozzal, szolár vezetékkel, szolár csatlakozókkal. Tervezett panel: Risen RSM60-6-310M. Tartószerkezet: Rozsdamentes acél és alumíniumból készült könnyűszerkezetű alépítmény rendszer csatlakozó elemekkel, a PV-generátor elrendezéséhez illesztett, részben állványos, részben tetősíkkal párhuzamos szereléshez. Inverter: 1 db (FRONIUS SYMO 12.5.0-3-M) háromfázisú 400/3x230V, 50Hz hálózattal szinkron üzemben működő, wifi modullal rendelkező inver. 3. Gépészet Az épület belső gázellátáas átalakításra kerül. Az épületben korábban kiépítésre került a vezetékes gázellátás. A meglévő gázkészülékek és gázvezetékek visszabontásra kerül. A beépítésre kerülő mért kisnyomású vezeték anyaga szabvány szerinti varrat nélküli acélcső.
