Property / summary

Areas to be developed or renewed: • Installation of a solar panel system for grid electricity generation installation of a solar panel field with a rated output of 49.86 kWp, expected to produce 50.500 kWh/year of electricity The main elements of the system are: 169 pcs Sun Tech 295 W solar panel polycell PERC semi-cell solar panel 1 pcs Sun Trio 50K 3 working point inverter The solar panel field is organised into 8 strings. Due to technical progress and changes in the design structure, it is possible that at the time of implementation, more efficient and cutting-edge devices will be installed. During the construction of the solar panel field, two Santon fire protection switches will be installed and full DC side protection will be established. • Modernisation of existing outdated indoor lighting systems with fluorescent lamps and the development of related technical solutions adapted to the needs in space and time. During the modernisation of the lighting, 95 modern, energy-saving luminaires are installed. The total nominal electrical power of built-in luminaires is 32 % of the replaced bodies. The installation of motion sensor and timer switches reduces unnecessary lighting time and generates additional energy savings. Lighting adapted to workflows, favourable luminous flux improves workers’ comfort and reduces the likelihood of accidents at work. Annual energy savings from lighting upgrades are expected to be 20.000 kWh. (English)

A világítás korszerűsítés során 95 darab korszerű, energia takarékos világítótest kerül beépítésre. A beépített világítótestek összesített névleges villamos teljesítménye 32 %-a a lecserélt testeknek. A munkafolyamatokhoz igazodó megvilágítás, a kedvező fényáramok javítják a dolgozók komfort érzetét, csökkentik a munkabalesetek kialakulásának valószínűségét. A világítás korszerűsítésből várható éves energia megtakarítás 20.000 kWh. (Hungarian)
