The 36-pcs VSUN VSUN285-60P 285 W Poly solar panel is connected to 1 pcs Growatt 10000 TL3-S inverter to install a condensed gas boiler radiator heating system. The installation of a gas-fuelled heating device is carried out by a specialist. Viessmann Vitodens 200-W Gas-based condensation galvan with stainless steel heating surface, rated output: 80 kW. The modernisation of lighting is achieved in such a way that existing illumination and light sources generate significant electricity savings as a result of the modernisation, while achieving the illumination value required in accordance with the standard. The lamps are installed in place of existing lamps by maintaining the existing lighting wiring network, replacement of luminaires takes place. A total of 34 led lights will be installed. Preparatory activities: • Construction activities are not subject to a building permit, which we have declared, the contractor has made his declaration of commencement. • The design documents required for the refurbishment have been completed by the contractor. • The building was energeticly assessed and prepared energy certifications, energy calculations, and a summary of its development proposals for the current and planned state. • A building engineer examined the building and concluded that the technical criteria were met by the planned heat pump system. • Consultation with the technical inspector, request for quotation (English)

    A beadott pályázat eredményes elfogadása esetében Platt 2003 Kft. fejleszteni tervezi épületének energiahatékonyságát, csökkentve annak energiafogyasztását, csökkentve a fosszilis energiahordozók alkalmazásával előálló légköri emissziót és egyéb környezeti terhelést, valamint megújuló energia alkalmazásával tovább csökkenti a különféle közműhálózatokból vásárolt energiafogyasztás mennyiségét. Az épület jelenlegi éves primer villamos energia felhasználásunk 212 860 kWh/év, mely a fejlesztést követően 585,92 GJ/év értékre csökken. A fejlesztés eredményeképp a következő további eredményeket érjük el: Az üvegházhatású gázok becsült éves csökkenése (t/év): 16,12 Energiahatékonysági fejlesztések által elért primer energia felhasználás csökkenés (GJ/év): 130,38 Üvegházhatást okozó gázok éves csökkenésének aránya a fejlesztés előtti kibocsátáshoz képest (%/év): 35,46 Fejlesztés részletei: A telepítendő 10,26 kw teljesítményű napelemes rendszer éves termelése 11 337 kWh, így az energiaigény 78,10%-ban kerül fedezésre megújuló energiából. A 36 db VSUN VSUN285-60P 285W Poly napelem panelt 1 db Growatt 10000 TL3-S inverterrel kötjük össze Kondenzációs gázkazán radiátoros fűtési rendszer telepítése valósul meg. Gázüzemű fűtő készülék elhelyezését, víz- és gázoldali bekötését szakember végzi. Viessmann Vitodens 200-W Gázüzemű kondenzációs falikazán, nemesacél fűtőfelülettel, névleges teljesítmény: 80 kW. A világításkorszerűsítés úgy valósul meg, hogy a meglévő korszerűtlen világítótestek és fényforrások a korszerűsítés eredményeként, a szabvány szerint előírt megvilágítási érték elérése mellett, jelentős villamos energia megtakarítást produkál. A lámpákat a meglévő világítási vezetékhálózat megtartásával, a meglévő lámpák helyére szerelik föl, lámpatest csere történik. Összesen 34 ledes világítóest kerül beépítésre. Előkészítési tevékenységek: • Építési tevékenység nem építési engedély köteles, melyről nyilatkoztunk, a kivitelező megtette nyilatkozatát a megkezdésre vonatkozóan. • A felújításhoz szükséges tervezési dokumentumok a kivitelező által elkészültek. • Az épületet energetikus felmérte és elkészítette a jelenlegi valamint tervezett állapotra vonatkozó energetikai tanúsítványokat, energetikai számításokat, illetve összefoglalta fejlesztési javaslatait. • Épületgépész megvizsgálta az épületet és megállapította, hogy a műszaki kritériumoknak a tervezett hőszivattyús rendszer megfelel. • Műszaki ellenőrrel egyeztetés, árajánlatkérés (Hungarian)
