Our development covers several areas. Thermal insulation of outer walls and slabs: During the renovation, the existing B30 exterior walls of the building receive 12 cm Austrotherm graphite fiber thermal insulation and thin plaster. The installation of the solar system to be installed as part of the project is not subject to authorisation, and the request has been reported to the NKM. The works and activities to be carried out by the contractor are not subject to a building permit and therefore no authorisation procedure is required. Several preparatory activities were carried out prior to the submission of the application. In connection with the installation of solar panels, plans were made for architects. Since the investment is not subject to authorisation, there is no need to carry out an authorisation procedure. The exact type of solar panels and inverter was also determined. The main steps in the implementation of the project are as follows. In the case of a successful tender, conclude a contract with the contractor and the technical inspector. Subsequently, an advance payment is made to the contractor to order the material. The next step is the installation of the solar panel system, the completion of the construction works, the payment of the fee and the closure of the project. The management of the Ltd. has expertise in managing projects of this type, since we successfully solved similar situations when developing our sites (renovation of buildings, purchase of new buildings, technological developments, etc.). Solar panels to be installed represent a high level of technology. Due to their high capacity (360 W), we can achieve the desired performance by installing less solar panels, using less roof surfaces than for solar cells with a lower capacity. Fejlesztésünk több területet is érint. Külső falak és födém hőszigetelése: A felújítás során az épület meglévő, B30-as külső falai 12 cm Austrotherm grafitszálas hőszigetelést és vékonyvakolatot kapnak. Nyílászárók cseréje: A meglévő fa ablakok helyett korszerű nyílászárók lesznek beépítve, a jelenlegi falak külső síkjára, melyek hőátbocsátási tényezője nem haladja meg a 1.15 W/m2K értéket. Kiegészítő elektromos ellátás: Az épület összesen 15 kW-nyi hálózatra termelő napelemes rendszerrel (Hyundai RG 72M 360 Wp polikristályos napelemek) lesz ellátva. Az inverter: 1 db Growatt 15000 TL3-S inverter. Fűtés: 1 db 40 kW teljesítményű Westen Star Condens +1.24 gázüzemű kondenzációs falikazán kerül felszerelésre. Fűtési rendszer korszerűsítése: Acéllemez kompakt lapradiátorok elhelyezése és az ehhez kapcsolódó vezetékek felszerelése. A projekt részeként kiépítésre kerülő napelemes rendszer telepítése nem engedélyköteles, az NKM felé az igénybejelentés megtörtént. Az elvégzendő kivitelezői munka, tevékenység nem építési engedélyhez kötött, ezért engedélyeztetési eljárás lefolytatása nem szükséges. A pályázat beadását megelőzően több előkészítő tevékenység is történt. A napelemek elhelyezése kapcsán építész tervek készültek. Mivel a beruházás nem engedélyköteles, ezért engedélyeztetési eljárás lefolytatására nincs szükség. A kivitelező partnerrel való egyeztetés is megtörtént, a napelemek és inverter pontos típusa is meghatározásra került. A projekt megvalósításának legfőbb lépései az alábbiak. Nyertes pályázat esetén a kivitelezővel és műszaki ellenőrrel szerződés kötése. Ezt követően a kivitelező részére előleg utalása az anyag megrendelésére. A következő lépés a napelemes rendszer telepítése, az építési munkálatok elvégzése, végül a munkadíj kifizetése és a projekt zárása. A kft. menedzsmentjének van jártassága az ilyen típusú projektek menedzselésében, hiszen telephelyeink fejlesztésekor (épületek felújítása, új épületek vásárlása, technológiai fejlesztések, stb. ) hasonló helyzeteket oldottunk meg sikeresen. A beépítendő napelemek magas technológiai színvonalat képviselnek. Nagy kapacitásuknak köszönhetően (360 W) kevesebb napelem panel felrakásával, ezáltal kevesebb tetőfelület felhasználásával érjük el a kívánt teljesítményt, mint kisebb kapacitású napelemek esetében. A beszerzendő inverter megbízható, jó minőségű, ár/érték arányát tekintve jó választás. (Hungarian)
