In the existing building owned by the applicant, at 9700 Szombathely, Szabó Miklós utca 29, 12376, the energy renovation of the office building is planned. Planned in the framework of the energy renovation of the building: — replacement of doors and windows — design of thermal insulation envelopes (facade, partial roof insulation, insulation of cooling slabs) — installation of solar panels — modernisation of heating system The owner also plans to refurbish the building internally, but the internal refurbishment is not the subject of the present project and does not affect the energy characteristics. Later, the owner also plans to insulate the entire roof, but this is also not the subject of the present project, so the roof will only be insulated to the line of the upper slab so that the thermal insulation envelope can be formed. Target areas to be implemented: 3.1.1. Self-eligible activities B) Energy efficiency improvement activities: I. I. Improve the thermal capabilities of buildings, reduce their heat loss (a) Thermal insulation of building envelopes other than doors and windows separating heated and unheated spaces, (b) Replacement of building envelopes classified as doors and windows separating heated and unheated spaces/upgrading with energy savings II. Upgrading of heating, cooling and domestic hot water systems in buildings 3.1.2. Pályázó tulajdonát képező meglévő épületben, a 9700 Szombathely, Szabó Miklós utca 29. szám, 12376 hrsz. alatt, irodaépület energetikai korszerűsítését tervezik. Tervezett az épület energetikai korszerűsítése keretében: - nyílászárócsere - hőszigetelő burok kialakítása (homlokzati, részbeni tetőszigetelés, lehűlő födémek szigetelése) - napelemek elhelyezése - fűtés rendszer korszerűsítése Az épület belső átalakítását is tervezi a tulajdonos, de a belső átalakítás nem képezi jelen projekt tárgyát, továbbá nem befolyásolja az energetikai jellemzőket. A későbbiek során a tulajdonos a teljes tető szigetelését is tervezi, de ez szintén nem képezi jelen projekt tárgyát, így a tető, csak a felső födém vonaláig kerül szigetelésre, hogy a hőszigetelő burok kialakuljon. Megvalósítandó célterületek: 3.1.1. Önállóan támogatható tevékenységek B) Energiahatékonyság javítására vonatkozó tevékenységek: I. Az épületek hőtechnikai adottságainak javítása, hőveszteségének csökkentése a) Fűtött és fűtetlen teret elválasztó, nem nyílászáró szerkezetnek minősülő épülethatároló szerkezetek hőszigetelése b) Fűtött és fűtetlen teret elválasztó, nyílászáró szerkezetnek minősülő épülethatároló szerkezetek cseréje / energia-megtakarítást eredményező korszerűsítése II. Épületek fűtési, hűtési és használati melegvíz-rendszereinek korszerűsítése 3.1.2. Önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek: I.
