The main components of the photovoltaic power generation system that uses renewable energy — solar energy — are the solar panels, which bear the Luxor Solar LX-300M/156-60 type symbol. They have 15 years full manufacturer warranty and 80 % 25 year performance guarantee and TÜV, CE, IEC certificates. Its physical dimensions are 1640 x 992 x 35 mm and weigh 18.5 kg. During the project, 777 300 W solar panels, i.e. a total of 233,1 kWp systems, will be installed on the top of the property. For the installation of solar panels, aluminum rails are placed on the flat roof with a special 15° stainless steel highlighting structure, free-weight fastening without slab drilling and watertight building protection insulation. Solar panels are fastened to the roof with special aluminium intermediate and end clamping joints with M8 40 mm inner key opening screws. The panels are designed with their own factory cables and MC4 connectors. At the end of the strings and extensions, factory-grade MC4 connectors and 6 mm² special twine cables are installed. The direct current produced by the PV panels, the inverters specially manufactured for this task, are converted into alternating current. For this investment, Fronius is manufactured in Austria, ECO 27.0-3 for three phases, of which 6pcs and ECO 25.0-3-S are equipped with 1 product with a type designation, providing a total of 187 kW AC side power. All other electrical wiring, fuses, circuit breakers, parts certified in accordance with standards and requirements. The electricity produced by the small solar power plant and not consumed locally is not fed back into the existing public network due to the planned return protection system. In the present case, the small power plant does not produce more than the energy needs of the property on an annual basis, so that the investing company does not produce any surpluses, does not become an energy trader, and acknowledges that the excess energy resulting from possible instantaneous overproduction is lost. As a result of the reintroduction system, the time needed to obtain the permits for the investment is significantly reduced, since these investments are considered as isolated and are subject to notification only. A fejleszteni kívánt, megújuló energiát – napenergiát – hasznosító fotovoltaikus áramtermelő rendszer fő alkotóelemei a napelem panelek, melyek a Luxor Solar LX-300M/156-60 típusjelet viselik. 15 év teljes körű gyártói garanciával és 80%-os 25 éves teljesítménygaranciával valamint TÜV, CE, IEC tanúsítványokkal rendelkeznek. A fizikai mérete 1640 x 992 x 35 mm, súlya pedig 18,5 kg. A project során 777 db egyenként 300W-os napelemtábla, azaz összesen 233,1 kWp méretű rendszer kerül felszerelésre az ingatlan tetejére. A napelem panelek felszereléséhez alumínium sínek kerülnek a lapos tetőre speciális 15°-os rozsdamentes acél kiemelő szerkezettel, födémátfúrás nélküli szabadsúlyos rögzítéssel és vízzáró épületvédelmi szigetelés használatával. A tetőre került tartósínekhez a napelemek speciális alumínium köztes és végleszorító idomokkal rögzülnek M8 40mm-es belső kulcsnyílású csavarokkal. A táblákból kialakított sorok (stringek) a panelek saját gyári kábeleikkel és MC4-es csatlakozoikkal kerülnek kialakításra. A stringek végén és a toldásoknál gyári minőségű MC4 csatlakozók és 6mm2 speciális solár kábelek kerülnek beépítésre. A PV panelek által megtermelt egyenáramot, a speciálisan erre a feladatra gyártott inverterek alakítják át váltóárammá, melyek ezen beruházás esetében az ausztriai gyártmányú Fronius, három fázisra tápláló ECO 27.0-3, melyből 6db és ECO 25.0-3-S melyből 1 db, típusjelű terméke, kerül felszerelésre, összesen 187 kW AC oldali teljesítményt biztosítva. Minden egyéb elektromos vezeték, biztosíték, megszakító, a szabványoknak és követelményeknek megfelelő minősítésekkel rendelkező alkatrész. A napelemes kiserőmű által megtermelt és helyben el nem fogyasztott elektromos áramot a meglévő közvezeték hálózatba nem táplálja vissza, a betervezett visszwatt védelmi rendszernek köszönhetően. Jelen esetben a kiserőmű éves szinten nem termel többet, mint az ingatlan energiaszükséglete, tehát a beruházó cég nem termel többletet, nem válik energia kereskedővé, és tudomásul veszi, hogy az esetlegesen pillanatnyi túltermelésből adódó felesleges energia elvész. A beiktatott visszwatt védelmi rendszer miatt jelentősen csökken a beruházáshoz szükséges engedélyek beszerzési ideje, mert ezen beruházások szigetüzemnek minősülnek és csak bejelentési kötelezettség terheli őket.
