One of the key points in maintaining the effective management of our company is to minimise costs, including reducing energy costs. Together with energy and construction professionals, we analysed the development of our own commercial business and existing mechanical solutions, and based on this we have developed the following investment plan. Architect Péter Pupp compiled the design documentation, who performs the task of technical inspection during the project by Attila Pfliegler. Géza Hivessy is an energy expert and at the same time certifies, the calculations and certificates are attached to the required annexes. Implementation of development 1 June 2020 — Planned for 31 December 2021. The following energy efficiency improvement works will be carried out: Thermal insulation of heated and unheated building envelopes other than windows, 128 m² surface polystyrene foam vertical insulation and 110 m² rock wool thermal insulation plate. In addition, we replace 10 doors and windows on a 17.71 m² surface. Main characteristics of plastic doors and windows to be installed: Kömmerling with 88 mm frame thickness, 6 air chamber enclosures, 3 ply glazing. Modernisation of heating and/or domestic hot water systems and modernisation of heating system in the nearly 268 m³ space. In the entire commercial unit, we plan to upgrade the indoor lighting system and install LED light sources on 96.85 m². Currently, an outdated fluorescent armature provides lighting, the lighting characteristics of which cannot be remedied by maintenance. As a result of the planned upgrade, we achieve the required illumination value according to the standard and generate significant operating costs savings. Renewable energies are utilised in the resulting solar panel system (6,12 kWp) and in the air-to-water heat pump system (7.5 kW). (English) | |||||||||||||||

A fejlesztés megvalósítását 2020. június 1. – 2021. december 31. időszakban tervezzük. Az alábbi energiahatékonyság javítási építési, korszerűsítési munkákra kerül sor: Fűtött és fűtetlen teret elválasztó, nem nyílászáró szerkezetnek minősülő épülethatároló szerkezetek hőszigetelése, 128 m2 felületen Polisztirolhab lemez függőleges szigetelés és 110m2 kőzetgyapot hőszigetelő lemez függőleges szigetelés. Emellett kicserélünk 10 db nyílászárót, 17,71m2 felületen. A beépítésre kerülő műanyag nyílászárók főbb jellemzői: Kömmerling 88mm tokvastagsággal, 6 légkamrás tokszerkezettel, 3 rétegű üvegezéssel. Fűtési- és/vagy használati melegvíz-rendszerek korszerűsítése, fűtési rendszer korszerűsítése valósul meg a közel 268m3 térben. A teljes kereskedelmi egységben tervezzük a beltéri világítási rendszer korszerűsítését, LED fényforrások beépítését 96,85 m2-en. Jelenleg elavult fénycsöves armatúra biztosítja a világítást, melynek fénytechnikai jellemzői karbantartással sem orvosolhatók. A tervezett korszerűsítés eredményeként a szabvány szerinti előírt megvilágosítási értéket érjük el, valamint jelentős működési költség megtakarítás keletkezik. A megújuló energiákat hasznosítjuk a létrejövő napelem rendszerben (6,12 kWp), valamint a levegő-víz hőszivattyú rendszerben (7,5kW). (Hungarian)
