According to the completed study, our building is currently classified as GG building energy, which corresponds to an average. It was found that the modernisation is justified, in which the following investments are required: — retrospective thermal insulation on external boundaries with 15 cm EPS insulating material, 20 cm in the case of the attic floor with rock wool. — replacement of doors and windows with equivalent structural elements U=1,15 W/m2K. Replacement of an existing wooden window structure with a custom-made wooden window structure that matches the style of the building with three layers of thermal insulation glazing. — installation of shielding devices, — modernisation of the entire heating system: installation of air-heat pump, installation of condensation gas boiler with fan-coil heat take-offs. Instead of the current heating system, we are planning to create a heating system by installing a heat pump. During the installation of the heating system, the radiator system is dimensioned to a temperature step 55/45. By rethinking the existing heating system, installing state-of-the-art heating controls and making use of surface heating options, and in order to ensure summer cooling (in addition to eliminating existing spit climates), Fan-coil cooling will be provided by the air-heat pump. — installation of a solar system. Due to the size and multifunctional nature of the building, it is absolutely necessary to purchase a system with a total power of at least 20 kW in the case of the planned solar system, in order to cover nearly the total energy demand from renewable sources. — installation of motion sensor and energy-saving lighting bodies. A rating that can be achieved by implementing them together: BB (meaning zero energy requirements). (English)

    A Makó, Hunyadi u. 10. hrsz-ú 5559 ingatlan a múlt szád első felében épült masszív épület, viszont energetikai szempontból jelentős felújításra szorul.Az ingatlan elhelyezkedése piaci szempontból kedvező, a városközpontban helyezkedik el, a posta, intézmények lakótelepek ölelik körül..Támogatási kérelmünk szakmai megalapozása érdekében a Renema Kft ( Békéscsaba, Borjú u. 33.) energetikai szakértőt bíztuk meg az épület jelenlegi állapotának felmérésével, valamint a tervezett energetikai mutatók eléréséhez szükséges beruházások, azok paramétereinek meghatározására. Az elkészült szaktanulmány szerint épületünk jelenleg GG épületenergetikai besorolásba esik, amely átlagosnak felel meg. Megállapítást nyert, hogy indokolt a korszerűsítés, mely során az alábbi beruházások kivitelezése szükséges: - utólagos hőszigetelés a külső határoló falakon 15 cm EPS szigetelő anyaggal, a padlásfödémen esetében 20 cm kőzetgyapottal. - nyílászárók cseréje U=1,15 W/m2K egyenértékű szerkezeti elemekkel. Meglévő faablak szerkezet kicserélése az épület stílusával egyező egyedi gyártású faablak szerkezetre háromrétegű hőszigetelő üvegezéssel. - árnyékoló berendezések felszerelése, - teljes fűtési rendszer korszerűsítése: levegő-hőszivattyú telepítése, kondenzációs gázkazán telepítése, fan-coil hőleadókkal. A jelenlegi fűtés helyett egy VÍZ-LEVEGO hőszivattyú beépítésével megoldott fűtési rendszert tervezünk kialakítani. A fűtési rendszer szerelése során a radiátoros rendszert 55/45-os hőfoklépcsőre méretezzük. A meglévő fűtési rendszer teljes átgondolásával, korszerű fűtésszabályzók beépítésével és ahol lehet kihasználva felület fűtési lehetőségeket, továbbá a nyári hűtés biztosítása érdekében ( a meglévő spit klímák kiiktatása mellett) Fan-coil rendszerű hűtés kialakítása lesz biztosítva a levegő-hőszivattyú által. - napelemes rendszer kiépítése. Az épület méretéből, valamint többfunkciós mivoltából fakadóan a tervezett napelemes rendszer esetében feltétlen indokolt egy legalább 20 kW összteljesítményű rendszer beszerzése, annak érdekében, hogy közel a teljes energiaszükségletet megújuló energiaforrásból tudjuk fedezni. - mozgásérzékelő és energiatakarékos világítási testek beszerelése. Ezek együttes megvalósításával elérhető minősítés: BB (Közel nulla energiaigényre vonatkozó követelményeknek megfelelő). (Hungarian)
