A fejlesztés egyszerre szolgálja a környezettudatos gazdasági versenyképesség erősítését, a környezetterhelés csökkentését, illetve a vállalkozás rezsiköltségeihez kötődő terhek enyhítését. A telepíteni kívánt napelemes rendszer az ott működő cég energiafogyasztásának fedezését (70% -ban) szolgálná. A Silopetrol Kft. fő tevékenységként gépjárműüzemanyag-kiskereskedelemmel foglalkozik Komárom-Esztergom Megye Lábatlan településén. A napelemes rendszer az előzetes felmérés alapján a kutak felett lévő tetőre kerülne, optimális tájolással és dőlésszöggel. Árnyékhatás nincs, az épület tetőszerkezete alkalmas megújuló energia fogadására. A rendszer az éves villamos energia felhasználásának kb. 70% -át fogja ellátni. Napelemes rendszer tulajdonságai: 52 cellaszám; IBC PolySol 285 RS5 típusú polikristályos napelem; 285 W teljesítmény egyenként; Growatt 15000 TL3-S típusú napelemrendszer.
