It is necessary to carry out market research in order to demonstrate the justification of Jelmez-Art Kft.'s participation in the country to be targeted. Successful implementation requires the location and return of the participants and the assets to be used. During the exhibition, the managing director of the Kft., the project manager and the interpreter used as an external service provider, dressed in Renaissance dresses, will welcome the visitors in the scenery creating the theatre atmosphere on the rented 12 m² stand. In the back of the booth, the video film presenting the business would be shown on the screen. 10 pcs A/1, 5 A/2 posters, 3 molinos, POP UP back wall, brochure stand, ROLL UP structure, serving counter and chair in Renaissance style and presentation installation create the Renaissance theatre set, which can be used later by Jelmez-Art Kft. In the 2 financial years immediately following the end of the project, the Ltd. undertakes that its average annual statistical number will not fall below the base number, appoint and maintain a foreign trade officer, and that by the end of the implementation period its website will be available in at least two foreign languages. The Prolight + Sound exhibition provides an opportunity for Jelmez-Art Kft. to present its products and services to other potential partners abroad. In addition to finding new partners, it is of great importance that the company can participate in the GTKos conference, which would help to stabilise its current situation in German-speaking areas and attract new theatres and opera houses. The planned project provides the Ltd. with the opportunity to expand its foreign trade relations, it can significantly help its entry into other foreign markets. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Piackutatás elkészítése szükséges a Jelmez-Art Kft. részvételének indokoltsága alátámasztására a megcélozni kívánt országra vonatkozóan. A sikeres megvalósításhoz szükséges a résztvevők és a felhasználni kívánt eszközök helyszínre és visszaszállítása. A kiállítás során a Kft. ügyvezető igazgatója, a projektmenedzsere valamint a külső szolgáltatóként igénybe vett tolmács reneszánsz korhű ruhába öltözve fogadja az érdeklődőket a színházi hangulatot teremtő díszletben a bérelt 12 m2-es standon. A stand hátsó részén kivetítőn folyamatosan látható lenne az elkészült, a vállalkozást bemutató videó film. 10 db A/1, 5 db A/2 méretű plakát, 3 db molinó, POP UP hátfal, Prospektustartó állvány, ROLL UP szerkezet, kínáló pult és szék reneszánsz stílusban és bemutató installáció teremtik meg a reneszánsz színházi díszletet, amelyeket a későbbiekben is fel tud használni a Jelmez-Art Kft. A Kft. vállalja, hogy a projekt befejezési évét közvetlenül követő 2 üzleti évben az éves átlagos statisztikai létszáma nem csökken a bázislétszám alá, külkereskedelmi felelőst jelöl ki és tartja fenn annak munkakörét, valamint hogy a megvalósítási időszak végére honlapja legalább két idegen nyelven is elérhetővé válik. A Prolight + Sound kiállítás alkalmat teremt arra, hogy a Jelmez-Art Kft. további külföldi potenciális partnereknek mutassa be termékeit és szolgáltatásait. Az új partnerek felkutatása mellett igen nagy jelentőséggel bír az a tény, hogy a cég részt vehet a GTKos konferencián, mely elősegítené jelenlegi helyzetének stabilizálását a német nyelvű területeken illetve újabb színházak és operaházak érdeklődését keltheti fel. A tervezett projekt lehetőséget nyújt a Kft. számára, hogy külkereskedelmi kapcsolatait bővítse, jelentős mértékben segítheti további külföldi piacokra lépését. (Hungarian)
