TOM-FERR Zrt. is an export-oriented medium-sized enterprise with high growth potential. In 2016, its annual net turnover increased by more than 17 % compared to 2014, with exports exceeding 15 % in all three last closed years. The closed innovation tender GOP-1.3.1-11/A-2012-0088 won by the company in 2012 aims to introduce a complex, efficient laser machining technology capable of machining high-strength steel parts. As new products with higher added value have become available and this technology is the basis of this project, the company is considered an innovative SME on the basis of this successful application. Out of the 50 machining equipment operating in the company, 27 machines provide real-time data, i.e. 54 % of the machines use real-time data collection function. Based on this, the company conducts production planning and optimisation through the abas ERP system on a daily basis during the production of all products. For some of Tom-Ferr Zrt.'s customers, Tom-Ferr Zrt. continuously manages the stocks, as stipulated in a separate contract. Of the 50 equipment used in the company, 30 are PLC controlled, so that at least 20 % of the machines are PLC programming. During production, materials, semi-finished and finished products are identified by a barcode system, the abas ERP system is able to manage the barcode, communicates online with Symbol barcode readers. The company’s state-of-the-art warehouse management system consists of abas ERP software providing the IT interface of information management, as well as the hall and storage systems for the physical flow of goods. For all production machines, the company uses preventive (preventive) maintenance practices that ensure quality assurance by ISO TS, and 16 % of the machines also perform predictive (predictive) maintenance using oil analysis and cooling-lubricating fluid analysis. At least one of the leading staff of TOM-FERR Zrt. is certified as LEAN production management. Its occupational health and safety system is certified according to OHAS 18001 and the supplier activity of automotive metal parts manufacturers is ISO/TS 16949:2009. In the course of its manufacturing activities, the company uses the abas corporate governance system to identify and trace materials, semi-finished and finished products, which can also communicate with the electronic systems of the company’s customers through a standard electronic data transmission system. The machines to be procured under the project are connected to TOM-FERR Zrt. They are involved in stock optimisation, are PLC-controlled, connected to the modern warehouse management system, are able to communicate with the customer systems. The manufactured products are subject to modern tracking and predictive maintenance of the machines is carried out according to ISO system. The capacity building project is therefore linked to the Digitalisation and Industry 4.0 directions. (English) | |||||||||||||||

A TOM-FERR Zrt. nagy növekedési potenciállal rendelkező exportorientált középvállalat. 2014-hez képest 2016-ra az éves nettó árbevétele több, mint 17%-kal nőtt, az export aránya mindhárom utolsó lezárt évében meghaladta a 15%-ot. A vállalkozás által 2012-ben elnyert, GOP-1.3.1-11/A-2012-0088 azonosítójú, lezárt innovációs pályázata célja a magas szilárdságú acél alkatrészek megmunkálására képes, összetett, hatékony lézer megmunkálási technológia bevezetése. Mivel a termelőkapacitás növelése mellett új, magasabb hozzáadott értékű termékek váltak gyárthatóvá és ezen technológia képezi jelen projekt alapjait, így a cég ezen sikeres pályázata alapján innovatív KKV-nak minősül. A vállalkozásnál üzemelő 50 db megmunkáló berendezésből 27 db gépnél történik valós idejű adatszolgáltatás, vagyis a gépek 54%-a MES valósidejű adatgyűjtés funkciót használ. A projekt keretében beszerzésre kerülő gépek kapcsolódnak a TOM-FERR Zrt. MES gyártástervezési rendszerébe, közreműködnek a készletoptimalizálásban, PLC vezérlésűek, bekötésre kerülnek a korszerű raktármenedzsment rendszerbe, képesek a megbízók rendszereivel történő kommunikációra. A gyártott termékeket modern nyomonkövetés kíséri és a gépek prediktív karbantartása ISO rendszer szerint történik. A kapacitásbővítési projekt tehát kapcsolódik a Digitalizáció és Ipar 4.0 irányokhoz. (Hungarian)
