    A) A vizeletvizsgálat jellegénél fogva kényelmetlen az ellátó intézményekben, az otthon intimitása, a házi mérések, még ha csak tájékoztató jellegűek is, szimpatikus a felhasználóknak. A vizelet gyorsteszt dobozán az eltérések mértékét különböző színek jelzik, ám az esetleges eltérés oka, magyarázata a laikus felhasználó számára nem ismert, utánjárást igényel. Mint minden házi használatú diagnosztikai eszköz, a betegség megelőzést célozza, az egészségtudatosságot erősíti, a helyes életmód betartására ösztönöz. Jól megfigyelhető trend, az okos telefonokat felhasználó otthoni diagnosztikai eszközök fejlődése, elterjedése. Számuk, féleségük eléri, a 200-at. Hiányzik a piacról viszont a vizelet gyorsteszt kiértékelésére alkalmas olyan mérőeszköz, amely a hozzá fejlesztett alkalmazás segítségével, mint egy „szakértő” értékeli a mért eredményeket, az esetleges eltérésekre magyarázatokkal szolgál a felhasználónak, életmódjára vonatkozó tanácsot ad, de ami a legfontosabb időben jelzi, ha az eltérés orvos beavatkozását igényli. Elképzelésünk szerint nem szükséges olyan eszköz és alkalmazás, amely helyettesíti akkreditált labor validált leletét, mindössze egy tájékoztató adat, miszerint az adott paraméter értéke megfelelő, kis eltérést mutat, jelentős az eltérés. Ez leolvasható lenne a gyorsteszt dobozáról is, de szükséges a magyarázat, az értékelés, a tanács, mi teendő a mért adat birtokában. Tudvalevő, hogy számos egészségügyi probléma szűrhető vizelet diagnosztikával. Felmerül tehát az igény, egy olyan egyszerű diagnosztikai eszköz iránt, amellyel ezeket a paramétereket házilag mérhetjük és a mérésekhez pedig olyan riport tartozik, amely kielégítő értékelést, tanácsadást tartalmaz. A tesztcsíkokat értékelő laborkészülékek reflexiós mérési módszert alkalmaznak. Az okos telefonok mindegyike rendelkezik, nagy felbontású kamerával, amellyel a mérést probléma nélkül el lehet végezni. A tesztcsíkban levő reagens anyag kémiai reakcióba lép a vizsgálandó folyadékban jelen lévő, keresett anyaggal. A reakció általában kivált egy másodlagos reakciót, ami a színváltozást okozza. A színváltozás mértéke mérhető monokróm módon, adott hullámhosszon, amiben a legnagyobb a változás, vagy fehér fénnyel megvilágítva a visszavert fényt RGB összetevőkre bontva, színelemzés segítségével. A projekt alapötletét az a saját meggyőződésünk és iparági igény szolgáltatta, hogy a meglévő eszközök és megoldások által nyújtott ismeretek számbavételével és bővítésével, új, olcsó, mindenki számára elérhető eszköz fejlesztésével bővítsük a házi diagnosztikai eszközök sorát. Elképzelésünk egy olyan okos telefonra helyezhető készülék, reflexiós tok, amelynek segítségével, a telefon kameráját felhasználva, le lehet olvasni a gyorsteszt, kazettás tesztek változását. A mérésmenedzselést, kiértékelést, tanácsadást több felhasználóra, egy mobil alkalmazás segítségével képzeljük. Ezzel a megoldással egy nagyon olcsó diagnosztikai eszköz érhető el, hiszen a reflexiós tok nem tartalmaz semmilyen elektronikát. B) 1-4 hónap A részfeladat során fel kell térképezni a különböző okos telefon típusok felépítését, a kamera elhelyezkedését, méreteket. Fel kell mérni a reflexiós tokkal szemben támasztott követelményeket, mint: külső fény kizárása, a megvilágítás illeszkedjen a mérendő teszthez (hullámhosszban és mechanikailag), fluoresszenciás esetben tartalmaznia kell az elválasztó szűrőket (interferenciaszűrők), kalibráló fehér felület létrehozása, legyen könnyen tisztítható, szétszedhető. Kísérletek sorával vizsgálni kell a reflexiós tok megvalósíthatóságát különböző telefon típusokra, gyorsteszt csíkra, kazettás gyorstesztre. Modellezni kell a reflexiós tokot, ezen belül a tesztcsíkok, kazettás tesztek pozicionálását, figyelembe kell venni a fertőtlenítés, tisztítás lehetőségét, univerzalitását a különböző tesztekre, telefon típusokra. Eredménytermékek: Az elemzések során megszerzett ismeretanyag dokumentációja. 5-8 hónap Az ATID HÁZI LABOR alkalmazás holisztikus megközelítése, az eljárás támogatásának SW lehetőségei. El kell végezni a programozási ismeretek számbavételével, az APPLAB alkalmazás felső architektúra kialakításának vizsgálatát, strukturális elemzését. Vizsgálni kell a mérés menedzselés lépéseit, igényeit. Vizsgálni kell, milyen sorendben, milyen feladatok elvégzését, utasításait kell a felhasználó számára megjeleníteni. Vizsgálni kell a mérés kiértékelés lehetőségeit. Az reflexiós tok kiértékelő programja, az alkalmazáson belül a kép feldolgozását kell, hogy elvégezze. A programmal, a rögzített képből, digitális képfeldolgozási módszerekkel kell meghatároznia a reagens felületek (PAD-k) helyét és az elszíneződésük mértékét, ehhez kell a szokásos labor eredménynek megfelelő értéket rendelni.
