Kisfaludy2030 Tourism Development Nonprofit Zrt. was established as a result of Government Decision 1861/2016 (XII.27) in the foundation of the Hungarian National Asset Management Zrt., initially in order to effectively implement the development of the Balaton priority tourist development area. As responsible for the implementation of future development projects, the Company is responsible for the tasks of the consortium’s professional management, with special emphasis in its work is the marketing activity with a uniform approach, the coordination of the communication tasks of the consortium, the creation of a uniform image to be developed in the project, and the professional support of the development and maintenance of networking. Consortium members participating in the project: Hungarian Tourism Agency Zrt., Tourism Marketing Communication Agency Nonprofit Zrt., Hungarian Tourism Association Foundation, Municipality of Békéscsaba Municipality, Gyula Tourism Nonprofit Ltd. On the basis of the concluded consortium agreement, the Company performs the tasks related to the execution of public procurement activities, the preparation of the strategic documents, the tasks related to product development, as well as the professional management of project management tasks, and is also responsible for the implementation of the Infocommunication Developments related to the marketing activity, in addition to the professional support of MTÜ as a consortium partner. The exact tasks of the MTÜ are set out in the agreement concluded with the consortium partners, the performance of which is covered by the project management activity in the case of this application. The task of the Tourism Marketing Communications Agency in the present project is to implement the tasks related to marketing and to align them with the national communication tasks, in particular with regard to the domestic and international assessment of the visibility and brand position of destinations, the domestic marketing, public relations and communication activities, as well as the preparation of brand strategy and image design based on destination development and positioning and competitiveness strategies. The task of the Hungarian Tourism Association in this project is to implement project elements related to the topic of awareness-raising: organising and conducting trainings related to the quality assurance system, the introduction of the regional brand, professional presentations, information sessions, online marketing trainings, workshops for the individuals involved in the region. The Municipality of Békéscsaba, according to its role in the consortium, participates in the development of tourism offers in the involvement of local products and traditional gastronomy. Gyulai Tourism Nonprofit Ltd., according to its role in the consortium, participates in the preparation of regional thematic package offers, programme packages, the establishment of guaranteed regional programmes, the provision and procurement of the necessary equipment for its operation, and the preparatory tasks for the development of a tourist card. The project provides an opportunity to widen the profile of the Gyula-Békéscsaba tourist area, to create a regional identity and to position the area typically sold in separate locations as a single destination. Another opportunity within the framework of the tender is the creation of the single Gyula and its region brand and image and the related targeted marketing activities, which will help to renew the entire information and communication system, which makes the destination identifiable both on the domestic and international markets, and provides a lasting and real promise of experience for both the returning guests and the new target markets. Overall, for the sustainable development of tourism in the Gyula-Békéscsaba tourist area, for the maintenance and strengthening of the region’s revenue-generating capacity, it is essential to increase the competitiveness of the region, the basis of which is the activities defined in the operational development objectives of the project and the achievement of which is an essential condition of the long-term and strategic goals. A Kisfaludy2030 Turisztikai Fejlesztő Nonprofit Zrt. az 1861/2016 (XII.27) Kormányhatározat eredményeként jött létre a Magyar Nemzeti Vagyonkezelő Zrt. alapításában, eleinte a Balaton kiemelt turisztikai fejlesztési térségben létrejövő fejlesztések hatékony megvalósítása érdekében. A tulajdonosa, egyedüli részvényesként a Magyar Nemzeti Vagyonkezelő Zrt., a tulajdonosi jogokat a Magyar Turisztikai Ügynökség Zrt. gyakorolja. A Társaság 2017. évi alapítású, befejezett projekttel még nem rendelkezik. Szakmai hátterét a Magyar Turisztikai Ügynökség Zrt. biztosítja. A Kisfaludy2030 NZrt. fejlesztési projektjeinek stratégiai célja a magyarországi turizmus jövedelemtermelő képességének erősítése, a külföldről beutazó turisták tartózkodási idejének meghosszabbítása, költésük növelése, a belföldi turisztikai fogyasztás jelenlegi szintjének emelése, miközben a szezonalitást csökkentve törekszik a turisztikai értékeinek és bevételeinek négyévszakos fejlesztésére. A Társaság, mint a jövőbeni fejlesztési projektek megvalósításáért felelősként, felel a konzorcium szakmai menedzsment feladataiért, külön hangsúllyal szerepel munkájában az egységes szemléletű marketingtevékenység, a konzorcium kommunikációs feladatainak összehangolása, a projektben fejlesztendő egységes arculat kialakítása, valamint a hálózatosodás kialakításának biztosítása, fenntartásának szakmai támogatása. A projektben résztvevő konzorciumi tagok: Magyar Turisztikai Ügynökség Zrt., Turisztikai Marketingkommunikációs Ügynökség Nonprofit Zrt., Magyar Turisztikai Szövetség Alapítvány, Békéscsaba Megyei Jogú Város Önkormányzat, Gyulai Turisztikai Nonprofit Kft. A megkötött konzorciumi szerződés alapján a Társaság a megvalósítás során az MTÜ mint konzorciumi partner szakmai támogatása mellett a közbeszerzési tevékenység lebonyolításával kapcsolatos feladatokat, a desztináció jövőjét meghatározó fejlesztési program, a stratégiai dokumentumok elkészítését, a termékfejlesztéshez kapcsolódó feladatokat, valamint a projekt menedzsment feladatok szakmai irányítását látja el, illetve felel a marketing tevékenységhez kapcsolódó Infokommunikációs fejlesztések megvalósításáért is. Az MTÜ pontos feladatait a konzorciumi partnerekkel kötött megállapodás tartalmazza, amelyeknek teljesítése jelen pályázat esetében a projektmenedzsment tevékenység területére terjednek ki. A Turisztikai Marketingkommunikációs Ügynökség feladata jelen projektben a marketinggel összefüggő feladatok megvalósítása, azok összehangolása a nemzeti kommunikációs feladatokkal, különös tekintettel a desztinációk ismertségének és márkapozíciójának hazai és nemzetközi felmérésére, a belföldi marketing, PR és kommunikációs tevékenységre, valamint a desztinációfejlesztési-, valamint a pozícionálási és versenyképességi stratégián alapuló márkastratégia és arculatterv elkészítésére.A Magyar Turisztikai Szövetség feladata jelen projektben a szemléletformálás témaköréhez kötődő projektelemek megvalósítása: a minőségbiztosítási rendszerhez kapcsolódó tréningek, a térségi márka bevezetésével, a termékfejlesztéssel kapcsolatos szakmai előadások, tájékoztatók, valamint online marketing tréningek, workshopok szervezése és lebonyolítása, a térségben érintett magénszemélyek számára. A békéscsabai önkormányzat, a konzorciumban betöltött szerepe értelmében, a helyi termékek, tradicionális gasztronómia bevonásában vesz részt a turisztikai kínálatfejlesztésben. A Gyulai Turisztikai Nonprofit Kft., a konzorciumban betöltött szerepe értelmében, a térségi tematikus csomagajánlatok, programcsomagok kidolgozásában, a garantált térségi programok kialakításában, annak működtetéshez szükséges eszközpark biztosításában, beszerzésében, illetve a turisztikai kártya kialakításának előkészítő feladataiban vesz részt. A projekt lehetőséget biztosít a Gyula-Békéscsaba turisztikai térség profiljának kiszélesítésére, a térségi identitás megteremtésére, valamint az eddig jellemzően külön helyszínenként értékesített terület egységes desztinációként történő pozicionálására. További lehetőséget jelent a pályázat keretein belül az egységes Gyula és térsége márka és arculat létrehozása és az ehhez kapcsolódó célzott marketingtevékenység megvalósítása, amelyek segítségével megújul a teljes információs és kommunikációs rendszer, amely a desztinációt mind a hazai, mind a nemzetközi piacon beazonosíthatóvá teszi, továbbá tartós és valós élményígéretet biztosít mind a visszatérő vendégkör, mint az új célpiacok számára. Összességében a Gyula-Békéscsaba turisztikai térség fenntartható turizmusfejlődéséhez, a térség jövedelemtermelő képességének megtartásához és erősítéséhez elengedhetetlen, hogy növeljük a térség versenyképességét, amelynek alapját a projekt operatív fejlesztési céljaiban meghatározott tevékenységek jelentik, és amelynek elérése a hosszú távú és stratégiai célokban megfogalmazottak alapvető feltétele.
