Window spalets are made of thermal insulation glued, netted, gletted in 1-3 cm thickness on 40 fm surfaces. Creating a facade color blind with a 1.5 mm Wéber scrape on 245 m² surface. Thermal insulation of the slab in 20 cm thickness on 250 m² surface. 2. Replacement of building envelopes considered as doors and windows separating heated and unheated spaces/upgrading resulting in energy savings: Installation of 3 Welux GZL-MCK02 windows and 10 Welux GZL-MCK08 windows C. Renewable energy consumption activities: 1. Installation of a solar system for grid or autonomous generation of electricity (not connected to the grid) solely for the electricity supply of the building concerned by the development: — 30 KW Solar Panel System Installation: the planned 42 Luxor Solar 300 W mono crystalline panels will be installed on the roof of the building. Size of the boards: 998x1 650x40mm. The power generation of the controlled — smart solar system is optimised by a two-step computer control: each solar panel is powered separately by a microprocessor, co-ordinated by a computer-controlled SolarEdge SE15K inverter that communicates with microprocessors. 2. Use of heat pump systems for heating and/or cooling and/or domestic hot water production and/or heating: — installation of heat pumps: 1 Panasonic T-cap All in one TCAP ADC16HE8-UX16He8 heat pump is planned to be installed. D. Other activities: 1. As a service related to professional implementation, project management activities are implemented as an expert service. (English)

Projekt-előkészítési tevékenységek: A projekt benyújtásakor elkészítésre került az épületenergetikai melléklet, mely magában foglalja az Épületenergetikai Tanúsítványt a fejlesztés előtti állapotra vonatkozóan, valamint az elvégzett számítást az energiahatékonysági fejlesztések hatására bekövetkező (köztes) és a beruházás megvalósítását követő (tervezett) állapotra vonatkozóan. Szintén a projekt benyújtásakor elkészítésre került a statikai szakvélemény és a tervezett beruházás műszaki leírása. A projekt keretében tervezett beruházás nem építési engedély köteles, így teljes engedélyezési és kiviteli tervdokumentáció elkészítése nem releváns. A környezeti hatásvizsgálati és az egységes környezethasználati engedélyezési eljárásról szóló 314/2005. (XII. 25.) Korm. rendeletnek megfelelően környezeti hatásvizsgálat elkészítése nem releváns. A projekt során az alábbi épületenergetikai fejlesztések kerülnek megvalósításra: B.I. Épületek hőtechnikai adottságainak javítása, hőveszteségének csökkentése: 1. Fűtött és fűtetlen teret elválasztó, nem nyílászáró szerkezetnek minősülő épülethatároló szerkezetek hőszigetelése: - az épületrészek hőszigetelésének javítása: Homlokzati hőszigetelés készítése ragasztva, dűbelezve, hálózva, glettelve 15 cm vastagságban 225 m2 felületen. Ablak spaletták hőszigetelés készítése ragasztva, hálózva, glettelve 1-3 cm vastagságban 40 fm felületen. Homlokzati színvakolat készítése 1,5 mm-es Wéber kapart vékonyvakolattal 245 m2 felületen. Födém hőszigetelése 20 cm vastagságban 250 m2 felületen. 2. Fűtött és fűtetlen teret elválasztó, nyílászáró szerkezetnek minősülő épülethatároló szerkezetek cseréje / energia-megtakarítást eredményező korszerűsítése: 3 db Welux GZL-MCK02 típusú ablak és 10 db Welux GZL-MCK08 típusú ablak beépítése C. Megújuló energiafelhasználás növelését célzó tevékenységek: 1. Napelemes rendszer telepítése hálózati, vagy autonóm (hálózatra nem kapcsolódó) villamosenergia-termelés céljából, kizárólag a fejlesztésben érintett épület villamosenergia-ellátásához: - 30 KW-os napelemes rendszer telepítése: a tervezett 42 db Luxor Solar típusú 300 W mono kristályos panel elhelyezésére az épület tetőszerkezetén kerül sor. A táblák mérete: 998x1 650x40mm. A vezérelt - smart napelemes rendszer áramtermelését egy kétlépcsős számítógépes vezérlés optimalizálja: minden napelemtáb|a energiatermelése, különállóan egy mikroprocesszor irányítása alatt áll, Minden string koordinációját egy, a mikroprocesszorokkal kommunikáló, számítógép vezérlésű, SolarEdge SE15K típusú inverter valósítja meg. 2. Hőszivattyú rendszerek alkalmazása fűtésre és/vagy hűtésre és/vagy használati melegvíz-termelésre és/vagy fűtésrásegítésre: - hőszivattyúk telepítése: a tervek szerint 1 db 12 KW-os és 1 db 16 KW-os Panasonic T-cap All in one Tcap ADC16HE8-UX16He8 típusú hőszivattyú kerül beépítésre.
