The company will also be able to use the cost of electricity saved by the generated renewable energy for development. The realisation of development is a rational goal in the life of the enterprise. The company is constantly developing, it will be able to increase its turnover year by year, and due to the decrease in operating costs, the applicant will remain very profit. As a result of the development, the greenhouse gas emissions of the building are significantly reduced, calculated by 16.5470 kg per year. The annual amount of energy produced by the solar panel is 93,92 GJ. As a result of the development, the annual primary energy consumption of the building decreases 57.460 kWh/year. (English)

    Jelen projekt megvalósítása javítja a vállalkozás technológiai felkészültségét. A működési helyszínként szolgáló ingatlan nettó alapterülete 444 nm. Az ingatlan régen üzemi épületként funkcionált, az 1970-es évek közepén épült. Mára az ingatlan funkcionalitását tekintve megfelelő az edzőterem üzemeltetésére, azonban energetikai korszerűsítésre van szükség. Az épület energetikai minőség szerinti besorolás FF jelenleg, mely a fejlesztést követően BB minősítést fog elérni. A kettő besorolás közötti különbözetből adódó energia megtakarításból évi jelentős mennyiségű kiadást spórol meg a társaság. Az edzőterem működtetéséhez fontos a megfelelő hőmérséklet elérése. A fejlesztés eredményeként a vállalkozás kevesebb kiadással fogja tudni üzemeltetni az edzőtermet. A költségcsökkenésből adódó nyereséget az eszközpark fejlesztésére, marketingre és új szolgáltatások bevezetésére fogja tudni fordítani a vállalkozás. További pozitív hatásként megemlíthető, hogy a beruházás következében munkavállaló felvételére is maradhat forrás. A fejlesztés megvalósítása hozzájárul az edzőterem piaci pozíciójának megerősítéséhez, nem lesz szüksége a bérletárak és jegyárak növelésére ahhoz, hogy nagyobb nyereséget tudjon elérni. Az energetikai korszerűsítést követően a bevételeket jobban fogja tudni hasznosítani Kozák Zoltán Balázs vállalkozása, ami erősíti az erőforrás-hatékonyságot. A fejlesztés keretében megtörténik az ingatlan -fűtött és fűtetlen teret elválasztó, nem nyílászáró szerkezetnek minősülő épülethatároló szerkezetek hőszigetelése, - a Fűtött és fűtetlen teret elválasztó, nyílászáró szerkezetnek minősülő épülethatároló szerkezetek cseréje, - hőtermelő berendezések korszerűsítése, cseréje korszerű, fosszilis tüzelőanyaggal üzemelő, nagyhatásfokú berendezésekre - hőleadó berendezések korszerűsítése vagy cseréje. A fejlesztés során megújuló energiát hasznosító technológia (napelemes rendszer) is kialakításra kerül. A napelemes rendszer 16,7 kWp teljesítmény leadására képes, mely hasznosítása jelentős megtakarítást eredményez a vállalkozásnál. A keletkező megújuló energia által megspórolt villamos energia költséget is a vállalkozás fejlesztésre fogja tudni fordítani a vállalkozás. A fejlesztés megvalósítása egy racionális cél a vállalkozás életében. A cég folyamatosan fejlődik, árbevételét évről évre növelni tudja majd és a működési költségek csökkenése miatt nagyon nyereség marad a kérelmezőnél. A fejlesztés eredményeképpen a jelentősen csökken az épület üvegház hatású gázok kibocsájtása, a számítások szerint évi 16.5470 kg-val. A napelem által előállított éves energiamennyiség 93,92 GJ. A fejlesztés hatására az épület éves elsődleges energia felhasználásának csökkenése 57.460 kWh/év. (Hungarian)
