The planned development is an investment that is not subject to authorisation, so authorisation procedures and no planning documentation have been prepared. In order to develop the technical concept of the project, the building’s energy assessment was carried out and the energy annexes specified in the call for proposals were then filled in. We have compiled the eligible costs of the project on the basis of requests for quotations for the construction. In the framework of the energy modernisation, external thermal insulation, external window replacement, wood gasification biomass boiler installation and the construction of a solar panel system with a nominal capacity of 16.2 kW would be realised. No other refurbishment or modernisation solution is implemented. Following a positive decision on the aid application, the grant agreement will also be concluded. During the implementation of the project, the construction works cover the following activities, and we apply for support for these activities. B.I. Improving the thermal capabilities of buildings and reducing their heat loss Thermal insulation of building envelopes other than doors and windows separating a heated and unheated space: As part of the development, thermal insulation of the external structures of the building would be realised. In the calculation of the thermal insulation of the facade, closed cell PUR foam thermal insulation material was used in the calculations. For external thermal insulation of masonry it is recommended to use closed cell PUR foam thermal insulation material (?=0.029 W/mK minimum e.g. Polychem NG-0428) in a thickness of 13 cm. Thermal insulation of the roof structure is also recommended using closed cell PUR foam in 20 cm thickness (?=0.029 W/mK minimum e.g. Polychem NG-0428). The proposed renovation stratums are included in the energy certificate of the planned condition. Replacement/replacement of building envelopes considered as doors and windows separating heated and unheated spaces/replacement resulting in energy savings The development would involve the replacement of the current exterior doors and windows (wood and steel windows and doors or copolitical glazing) with highly heat-insulated unglazed or 3-layer glazed windows (glazed Uw=1,1 W/m2K, unglazed Uw=1,4 W/m2K maximum). Construction of briquettes, pellets, wood chips, wood gasification boiler system to partially or fully satisfy the heating and HMV demand of the building involved in the development: Based on the energy calculation, instead of the current wood-fired boiler, a wood gasification biomass boiler would be installed together with a lambdaprobe, which will provide the whole heating demand and nearly two-thirds of the HMV demand. The heat take-off radiators are maintained, but it is recommended to equip them with 2K thermostatic valves. The current HMV storage remains, as well as the current electric boilers, as additional HMV producers, will be maintained for summertime. Installation of a solar system for network or autonomous (non-grid) electricity generation only for the electricity supply of the building concerned by the development The electricity will be provided by a network-connected polycrystalline solar system. A 16.2 kW solar panel system would be installed on the roof surface, covering nearly one-third of the energy demand from the lighting of the building, the building engineering and the electrical use of the equipment according to current consumption patterns. Further detail is included in a duly signed declaration due to character limitation, which is attached to the rectification. (English)

A kivitelezésre vonatkozó árajánlatbekérések alapján összeállítottuk a projekt elszámolható költségeit. A támogatási kérelem pozitív döntését követően a támogatási szerződés is megkötésre kerül. A projekt megvalósítása során a kivitelezési munkálatok az alábbi tevékenységekre terjednek ki, ezen tevékenységekre igényelünk támogatást. B.I. Épületek hőtechnikai adottságainak javítása, hőveszteségének csökkentése Fűtött és fűtetlen teret elválasztó, nem nyílászáró szerkezetnek minősülő épülethatároló szerkezetek hőszigetelése: A fejlesztés keretében megvalósulna az épület külső szerkezeteinek hőszigetelése. A homlokzat hőszigetelésének számításánál zártcellás PUR hab hőszigetelő anyagot alkalmaztak a számítások során. A falazat külső hőszigetelésére javasolt 13 cm vastagságban zárt cellás PUR hab hőszigetelő anyagot alkalmazni (?=0,029 W/mK értékű minimum pl Polychem NG-0428). Javasolt a tetőszerkezet hőszigetelése szintén zártcellás PUR hab használatával 20 cm vastagságban (?=0,029 W/mK értékű minimum pl Polychem NG-0428). A javasolt felújítási rétegrendeket a tervezett állapot energetikai tanúsítványa tartalmazza. A további részletezettség karakterkorlátozás miatt cégszerűen aláírt nyilatkozatban szerepel, amit a hiánypótláshoz csatoltunk. (Hungarian)
