A kiszolgálói oldal továbbra is a meglévő eszközpark marad, tekintettel arra, hogy annak állapota jelenleg teljesen megfelelő. A fejlesztés akképpen érinti a jelenleg használt rendszereket, hogy a mostani infrastruktúra felszámolásra kerül, mivel az széttagolt. A jelenlegi struktúrában külön rendszerben valósulnak meg adminisztratív munkafolyamatok. Ezen rendszerek között az adatkapcsolatok, adatcserék kiépítése csak korlátozottan lehetséges, illetve az adatvesztés kockázata fennáll. A beszerzéssel cél a teljes integráció és a transzparens vállalati működés mind a jogszabályi kötelezettségek, mind a tulajdonosi elvárások betartása mellett. A bevezetendő vállalatirányítási rendszerhez egy db szerver, egy rack szekrény és egy szünetmentes tápegység kerül beszerzésre. A vállalkozás nem rendelkezik jelenleg vállalatirányítási rendszerrel (ERP-vel), szigetrendszerei vannak. (Hungarian)
