The corporate governance system acquired within the framework of the KMOP-1.2.5-11 tender won in 2012 is no longer up-to-date and is outdated, so we intend to replace it with the corporate governance system that is the subject of the tender and serves the needs of the present time. By creating templates, you can create predefined process chains that can be planned by setting deadlines and costs. Archive management enables the registration of documents, documents and contracts generated during our operation in a uniform and transparent system. Service Management provides a solution for managing your services, allowing you to apply the service strategy, design the service and transfer your service. Knowledge Management helps in the uniform management of public documents, aids and educational materials. For locally installed modules, CRM provides the support of contact with partners, easy preparation of quotations, customer orders and sales process. Controlling produces the necessary indicators to analyse the company’s economic situation, helps to make efficient and effective use of available or available resources, provides up-to-date information. The Production Module assists in the production process of our own products, its scheduling, the use and purchase of the generated by-products and the necessary raw materials.     A 2012-ben elnyert KMOP-1.2.5-11-es pályázat keretein belül beszerzett vállalatirányítási rendszer már nem korszerű, már elavult, így azt le kívánjuk cserélni a pályázat tárgyát képező, a jelenkor igényeit maximálisan kiszolgáló vállalatirányítási rendszerre. Jelen támogatási kérelem esetében a korszerűtlenné vált meglévő információs rendszer teljes cseréjére kerül sor ezáltal a fejlesztés mindenben megfelel a Felhívás kritériumainak. A háttér informatikai rendszerünk (munkaállomásaink, szerverünk stb.) megfelelően működnek ahhoz, hogy a rendszer jól működjön majd bevezetése után, így nem kívánunk eszköz beszerzést megvalósítani a pályázat keretein belül. A bevezetni kívánt célterületek: A felhőalapú online üzleti szolgáltatások esetében A HR modul a cég munkavállalói adatainak egységes kezelését, munkaidő nyilvántartást, munkavállalói feladatok, felelősségek, hatáskörök hozzárendelését teszi lehetővé.A Logisztika modul készleteink nyilvántartásában, a készletszint figyelésében nyújtja majd a legnagyobb segítséget.A Táv-és csoportmunka a cégen belüli hatékony információáramlást,valós idejű kommunikáció lehetőséget, osztott információs bázist biztosít majd számunkra.A Munkafolyamat Irányítási Rendszer segítségével megtervezhetővé, automatizálhatóvá, illetve nyomon követhetővé válnak a munkafolyamatok. Sablonok létrehozásával előre definiált folyamat láncolatok hozhatók létre, melyek határidők, költségek beállításával tervezhetőek. Az Iratkezelés a működésünk során keletkező bizonylatok, dokumentumok, szerződések egységes, átlátható rendszerben való nyilvántartását teszi lehetővé. A Szolgáltatásmenedzsment megoldást kínál a szolgáltatásain menedzselésére, mely által lehetővé válik a szolgáltatási stratégia alkalmazása, a szolgáltatás tervezése és a szolgáltatásátadás. A Tudásmenedzsment a közérdekű dokumentumok, segédanyagok, oktatási anyagok egységes kezelésében segít.A helyben telepített modulok esetében a CRM a partnerekkel való kapcsolattartás, árajánlatok egyszerű elkészítése, vevői rendelések kezelése, értékesítési folyamat támogatását biztosítja.
