With the work-flow module, employees and company management see the tasks and their deadlines in one place. Operation of the electronic document management module: Receipt and filing of documents, invoices. Create eligibility levels. The CRM software is designed to store current and potential customer information. With the production module we can digitise production tracking with worksheets on paper. The system contributes to increasing the competitiveness of our company, providing cost-effective, fast and accurate tasks, thus increasing the efficiency of operation. (English)

    Meglévő rendszerünk tartalmaz egy számlázó programot, egy könyvelő programot, táblázatkezelő programot, Office 365, Emellett sok word és excell sablont használunk. A fenti modulok nincsenek összekapcsolva, minden adatot külön-külön kell rögzítenünk. Van egy weblapunk. Bevezetésre kerülő modulok: Telepített: CRM, Beszerzés. logisztika, Kontrolling és döntéstámogatás, Pénzügy, számvitel modul, Gyártási modul, Mobil technikát használó rendszer, Work-flow modul, Táv és csoportmunka, Elektronikus iratkezelési modul. A telepített modulok a megvalósítás helyszínén lévő szerverről fognak működni. A telepített modulokat azért választottuk, hogy saját szerveren működjenek, mert érzékeny adatokat tárolnak és nem akartuk külső szolgáltatóra bízni őket, ilyenek például ügyfeleink és alkalmazottaink adatai, a vezetői és egyéb működési riportok, statisztikákról, gyártási receptúrák és munkafolyamatok. Ennek megfelelően a pályázat keretében az alábbi tételekhez kérünk támogatást: szoftver licenc, oktatás és képzési szolgáltatások, szakmai, bevezetési szolgáltatások. Pénzügyi modullal az eddigi számlázó rendszerünket cseréljük le egy komplett pénzügyi rendszerre. Beszerzés, logisztika modul rálát a központi adatbázisra, ezen keresztül végezzük a megrendelési folyamatokat. A work-flow modullal az alkalmazottak és a cégvezetés egy helyen látja a feladatokat, azok határidejét. Elektronikus dokumentumkezelő modul működése: Dokumentumok, számlák érkeztetése, iktatása. Jogosultsági szintek létrehozása. A CRM szoftver célja, hogy jelenlegi és potenciális ügyfelekkel kapcsolatos információkat tároljon. A gyártási modullal digitalizálni tudjuk az eddigi papíralapon lévő munkalapokkal történő gyártáskövetést. Az rendszer hozzájárul cégünk versenyképességének növeléséhez, költséghatékony, gyors és pontos feladat ellátáshoz, így a működés hatékonyságának növeléséhez. (Hungarian)
