As a result of the development, our corporate governance system will be expanded with new services that meet the standards of the age. These new modules complement our current system with services that increase our company’s competitiveness on the market. These new features represent progress in a number of areas. In terms of quality assurance of work, efficiency and management control of the work carried out. In the framework of this tender, our company puts the vehicle sales and customer management processes on a new platform with a solution that allows complete control of all sales processes, accurate recording of customer management tasks and effective support of customer acquisition activities. The system based on mobile technology introduced in the service revolutionises the warehouse management processes. We expect a dramatic acceleration of entry, removal and inventory, an increase in the accuracy of the inventory of parts, and a significant step forward in paperless work, as the system solves the internal movement of articles by electronic identification. The HR module solves the central, electronic, secure recording of labour-related data and involves workers in the e-freedom plan, thus providing a more efficient solution. The document management and the workflow planning based on it makes it possible to manage all currently paper-based documents in a GDPR-compatible way and to process them accurately and to follow the tasks. The new development builds on and develops the existing ERP system. All modules will operate using the core data of the ERP system without double data recording. (English)

    A fejlesztés eredményeként a vállalatirányítási rendszerünk új, a kor színvonalának megfelelő szolgáltatásokkal fog bővülni. Ezek az új modulok kiegészítik a jelenlegi rendszerünket olyan szolgáltatásokkal amelyek növelik a cégünk versenyképességét a piacon. Ezek az új funkciók több területen jelentenek előrelépést. Egyrészt a munkavégzés minőségbiztosításában, másrészt hatékonyságban, harmadrészt az elvégzett munka vezetői kontrollja területén. Cégünk jelen pályázat keretében a gépjármű értékesítési, ügyfélkezelési folyamatokat helyezi új platformra egy olyan megoldással ami lehetővé teszi minden értékesítési folyamat teljes kontrollját, az ügyfélkezeléssel kapcsolatos feladatok pontos nyilvántartását és az ügyfélszerzési tevékenység hatékony támogatását. A szervizben bevezetésre kerülő mobil technológiára épülő rendszer forradalmasítja a raktárkezelési folyamatokat. A betárolás, kitárolás és leltározás drámai gyorsulását, az alkatrész készletnyilvántartás pontosságának a növekedését várjuk ettől a megoldástól, valamint egy komoly előrelépést a papírmentes munkavégzés területén, mivel a rendszer elektronikus azonosítással oldja meg a cikkek belső mozgatását. A HR modul megoldja a munkaerővel kapcsolatos adatok központi, elektronikus, biztonságos nyilvántartását és bevonja a munkavállalókat az elektronikus szabadságtervezébe, ezzel hatékonyabb megoldást biztosít. A dokumentum kezelés és erre épülő workflow tervezés pedig GDPR kompatibilisen az összes jelenleg papír alapú dokumentum kezelését és pontos, határidőre történő feldolgozását, a feladatok követését teszi lehetővé. Az új fejlesztés a meglévő ERP rendszerre épül, azt fejleszti tovább, Minden modul az ERP rendszer törzsadatait használva, dupla adatrögzítés nélkül fog működni. (Hungarian)
