Goodwill-Trade Kft. currently does not have a corporate management system. The Clockwork Company management system will be introduced at the company with a new, customised enterprise management system installed on a local server. Currently, production planning, out and incoming material management is based on Excel tables, billing is done on a separate invoicing software. Compared to our previous solutions, we will have a system that can be used by more people at the same time, more complex tasks with less administration, and without excel tables used in pairs, managers can receive up-to-date reports with the help of the system sooner, most often without the use of their employees, so they can make quicker, better decisions, the system makes it easier to see links between orders, manufacturing instructions and raw materials, the system is flexible as well as the supplier, so if the company’s processes and needs change in years, it can be followed in a short time. Using the integrated process and production management system and related modules and technologies to be introduced during the project, we expect an integrated, transparent, monitorable and traceable management of the company’s business and production processes. In particular, the supported tasks include: 1. CRM, and sales area, 2. Production area, 3. Controlling and decision support, 4. Procurement and logistics, 5. Remote and teamwork support, 6. Workflow Management, 7. Electronic document management is also filing, 8. solutions supporting mobile technology and devices. With the coordinated and integrated design of these functions, the manufacturing processes that appear in the company can be integrated through a predefined business process that ensures the traceability of tasks, the monitoring of the current state of the tasks and the possibility to make the necessary changes. The planned IT system builds on our existing tools and provides the opportunity for further expansion. It ensures both remote supervision and work, as well as the possibility to outsource some of the tasks to an external location, ensuring both data security and remote working supervision through a secure data connection. During the introduction of the project, we intend to integrate several mobile technology and implementation solutions, which mainly provide the necessary flexibility in the areas of quality control, inventory management and logistics, as well as the possibility of rapid, feedback-based control. The system will also support the implementation of IPAR 4.0-based data collection and the resulting analysis and control functions. The IT system to be introduced will be connected to a number of mandatory and optional data applicants and data submissions. (E.g.: NAV, accounting, wage system, etc.).     A Goodwill-Trade Kft-nél jelenleg nem működik vállalatirányítási rendszer. A cégnél egy új, helyi szerverre telepített, testreszabott vállalatirányítási rendszer kerül bevezetésre a ClockWork Vállalat irányítási rendszer. Jelenleg, a termelés tervezése, a ki és bejövő anyag kezelése Excel táblákon alapul, a számlázás egy külön számlázó szoftveren történik. A korábbi megoldásainkhoz képest, lesz egy olyan rendszerünk, amelyet egyszerre többen tudnak használni, komplexebb feladatokat kevesebb adminisztrációval, és párhozamosan használt excel táblázatok nélkül tudjuk megoldani, a vezetők a rendszer segítségével hamarabb, a legtöbbször munkatársaik igénybevétele nélkül, naprakész jelentéseket kaphatnak, ezért gyorsabban, jobb döntéseket tudnak hozni, a rendszer segítségével könnyebben lehet összefüggéseket meglátni a megrendelések, a gyártási utasítások, és az alapanyagok között, rugalmas a rendszer és a szállító is, így ha évek múlva változnak a cég folyamatai, igényei, akkor annak lekövetése rövid időn belül megtörténhet. A projekt során bevezetendő integrált folyamat, és termelés irányítási rendszer, valamint kapcsolódó modulok és technológiák alkalmazásával a cég üzleti, és termelési folyamatainak integrált, áttekinthető, monitorozható, és nyomon követhető kezelését várjuk el. Ezen belül a támogatott feladatok a következők: 1. CRM, és értékesítési terület, 2. Gyártás terület, 3. Kontrolling és döntéstámogatás, 4. Beszerzés és logisztika, 5. Táv és csoportmunka támogatás, 6. Munkafolyamat irányítás, 7. Elektronikus iratkezelés is iktatás, 8. mobil technikát és eszközöket támogató megoldások. Ezen funkciók összehangolt, és integrált kialakításával a vállalkozásnál megjelenő gyártási folyamatok integráltan végigvezethetőek egy előre definiált üzleti folyamaton, amely biztosítja a feladatok nyomonkövethetőségét, pillanatnyi állapotának monitorozását, és lehetőséget biztosít a szükséges módosítások elvégzésére. A tervezett informatikai rendszer támaszkodik a meglévő eszközeinkre, és lehetőséget biztosít a további bővítésre is. Biztosítja a távoli felügyeletet, és munkavégzést is, valamint lehetőséget ad a feladatok egy részének külső helyszínre kiszervezésére úgy, hogy biztonságos adatkapcsolaton garantálja az adatok biztonságát, és a távoli munkavégzés felügyeletét egyaránt. A projekt bevezetése során integrálni kívánunk több mobil technikát igénylő, és megvalósító megoldást is, amely elsősorban a minőség ellenőrzés, a készlet kezelés, és a logisztikai területeken biztosítja a megfelelő rugalmasságot, és gyors, visszajelzésen alapuló ellenőrzés lehetőségét is. A rendszer támogatni fogja az IPAR 4.0 alapú adatgyűjtés, és az ebből származó elemzések, és kontrolling funkciók megvalósítását is. A bevezetendő informatikai rendszer interface-eken kapcsolódik majd több kötelező, és opciós adatigénylőhöz, illetve adatszolgáltatáshoz is. (Pl.: NAV, számvitel, bér rendszer, stb).
