In 2012 our company has already introduced a corporate management/corporate information system with similar functions as part of a GOP tender (GOP-2.2.1-09/1-2010-0783). The project’s maintenance period expired in 2015. In the meantime, new legislation has been introduced, according to which the information that can be extracted from the financial systems must be reported in accordance with the specific requirements of the National Tax and Customs Administration (National Tax and Customs Administration), which the system introduced in the GOP tender could not meet, and the new development required for this purpose would have been carried out at an extremely expensive rate by the service provider. Therefore, we have decided to introduce a new system that will be complemented by the use of the barcode solution that is important to us, we hope that it will significantly facilitate the operation, registration and forecasting of the production, storage and commercial areas. Our current investment puts our corporate governance system on a new technical and IT basis, it is not related to the previous version. Our company participated in the “Programme of Modern Enterprises, Entrepreneurship Digitally!” project in auditing and consulting, meeting the information communication technology (ICT) requirements of the program, on the basis of which it qualifies as a “Digitally prepared enterprise”. Certificate registration number: MVP-002675, issued on: 2017.03.05. On the one hand, the acquisition of new devices aims to replace our old, outdated technical devices (server, uninterruptible power supply, laptop, printer) and to provide the necessary tools to operate the new function (network storage, PDA data collector, label printer). Cégünk 2012-ben egy GOP pályázat keretében (GOP-2.2.1-09/1-2010-0783) már vezetett be hasonló funkciójú vállalatirányítás/vállalatinformációs rendszert. A projekt fenntartási ideje 2015-ben lejárt. Időközben új törvényi jogszabályok kerültek bevezetésre, mely szerint a pénzügyi rendszerekből kinyerhető információknak a NAV (Nemzeti Adó- és Vámhivatal) felé külön specifikált elvárásoknak megfelelő formában kell jelentéseket szolgáltatni, amit a GOP pályázatban bevezetett rendszer nem tudott teljesíteni, az ehhez szükséges új fejlesztést pedig rendkívül drágán valósította volna meg a szolgáltató. Ezért úgy döntöttünk új rendszert vezetünk be, amely kiegészül még a számunkra fontos vonalkódos megoldás felhasználásával reményeink szerint lényegesen megkönnyíti a gyártási, raktározási, kereskedelmi területek működését, nyilvántartását és szükséglet előrejelzéseit. Jelen beruházásunk új műszaki és informatikai alapokra helyezi a vállalatirányítási rendszerünket, nem kapcsolódik a korábbi változathoz. Cégünk "A modern vállalkozások programja, Vállalkozz digitálisan!" projektben auditon és tanácsadáson vett részt, a program infokommunikációs technológiai (IKT) követelményeinek megfelelt, ami alapján "Digitálisan felkészült vállalkozásnak" minősül. A tanúsítvány regisztrációs száma: MVP-002675, kiállítási dátuma: 2017.03.05. Az új eszközök beszerzése egyrészt a már régi, elavult műszaki eszközeink leváltását célozzák (szerver, szünetmentes tápegység, laptop, nyomtató), illetve az új funkció működtetéséhez szükséges eszközök biztosítását (hálózati adattároló, PDA adatgyűjtő, címkenyomtató).
