I.The project can be divided into three main areas: 1.) I.A projekt három fő területre osztható: 1.) A jelenleg használt rendszerből az adatok kinyerése, adatok tisztítása (ügyfél végzi, ha szükséges), adatok betöltése az új rendszerbe. 2) Szoftver funkciók bevezetése, megvalósítása az új, bevezetendő szoftverben. 3) Főbb folyamatok és területek megvalósítása: marketing (e-mailek), értékesítés (telefonos, személyes), folyamatkezelés (iktatás - szerződések, dokumentumok ;értékesítés;ügyfélszolgálat), dokumentum-kezelés (helyben telepített), dokumentumok mobilon való elérése. II. A meglevő rendszerekhez való kapcsolódás. A jelenleg is használt szoftverek további használata mellett cél a régi és az új szoftverek együttműködésének, a folyamatok követésének megvalósítása, a vállalati CRM/ügyfélkapcsolat-menedzsment kiépítése és a közös, helyben telepített dokumentum-tár kialakítása. Elérendő cél ezen felül a fentiekhez kapcsolódó (legalább minimális) funkciók mobil eszközön való követése, valamint táv- és csoportmunka megvalósítása. (Hungarian)
