FarmForg Kft. currently has a system called Helix.Professional in 2009, which covers only a small part of the tasks of certain modules of the current tender. Using the possibilities offered by the tender, we intend to acquire software and modules that actually contribute to the daily business of our company, reduce our operating costs and are in line with long-term corporate goals, such as operating the system should not be a big financial sacrifice even after the completion of the project implementation. According to the requirements of the modern enterprise program, we move to digital document storage and recording using an electronic document management system. With the help of the launch MBP Consult, Dyntell.ERP will migrate the current supplier and customer master data from the previous databases. Upon successful completion of the data recovery, the old system will be shut down. The project manager of the software supplier will be responsible for coordinating the migration of existing data, ensuring quality assurance conditions and managing incidents during implementation. 10 employees participate in the training and training required for the software. The project manager coordinates the preparation of the planning documents and delivers opinions together with the manager. Approve test plans with handover, manage testing processes and staff education. Phases and results of the implementation of the system: 1. Survey — Functional Survey: specification of needs. Result of: Jointly signed document 2. Design: developer prepares, reviews, accepts. Result of: personal workflow 3. Parameterisation, unique development: define the basic parameters of the system, upload it, create the templates and reports changed in the system, provide privileges. 4. Training, start-up support: preparation of the education theme of the system, preparation and completion of tests, examples of examinations, final test, entry into service Continuous activities: project meetings (preparation of status reports), audit, reconciliation of subsequent tasks, detection of risks, management of their solution, delivery and receipt of project results (English)

    A FarmForg Kft. jelenleg egy 2009-es Helix.Professional nevű rendszerrel rendelkezik, ami a mostani pályázat egyes moduljainak feladatait csak kis részében fedi le. Részben megtalálható a Vállalati CRM, értékesítés, Beszerzés és logisztika, valamint pénzügy területek informatikai megoldásai. A program támogatási ideje már lejárt. A döntéshozók a magas bekerülési értékek miatt, a szoftvervásárlást halogatták. A vállalkozás méreteihez és anyagi lehetőségeihez a megfelelő vállalatirányítási rendszert kívánja implementálni, amire informatikai szakértők javaslatai alapján kért ajánlatokat és a tanácsadókkal együttműködve választották ki a piacon elérhető legoptimálisabb ajánlatot adó szállítót. A bevezetésre kerülő ERP rendszer moduljainak megfelelő működéséhez a jelenleg rendelkezésre álló hardver infrastruktúra megfelelő. A szükséges teljesítmény adott, így nem szükséges új szerver beszerzése, felhasználó oldalon sem kívánunk tárgyi eszköz beszerezést megvalósítani. A pályázat kínálta lehetőségekkel élve, olyan szoftvert és modulokat kívánunk beszerezni, amik ténylegesen hozzájárulnak vállalkozásunk napi üzletmenetéhez, csökkentik működési költségeinket és összhangban vannak a hosszú távú vállalati célokkal, mint a rendszer üzemeltetése ne jelentsen nagy anyagi áldozatot a projektmegvalósítás befejezése után se. A modern vállalkozások program elvárásainak megfelelően áttérünk a digitális dokumentum tárolásra és rögzítésre Elektronikus iratkezelési rendszer használatával. A bevezetést végző MBP Consult közreműködésével a Dyntell.ERP telepítésével a jelenlegi beszállítói és vásárlói törzsadatok migrálásra kerülnek a korábbi adatbázisokból. Az adatmentés sikeres befejeztével, a régi rendszer leállításra kerül. A szoftvert szállító cég projektvezetőjének a feladata lesz a meglévő adatok migrálásának koordinálása, a minőségbiztosítási feltételek biztosítása és bevezetés során jelentkező incidensek kezelése. A szoftverhez kért oktatáson és betanításon 10 fő munkavállaló részt vesz. A projektvezető koordinálja a tervdokumentumok készítését és ő véleményezi az ügyvezetővel közösen. Az átadással járó tesztelési terveket jóváhagyása, irányítja a tesztelési folyamatokat és a dolgozók oktatását. Rendszer bevezetés fázisai és eredményei: 1.
