In order to achieve its objectives, the company plans to acquire the following assets: — Morbidelli AUTHOR M600 Five Axis CNC Machining Center with Mobile Portal System with beamed worktables for solid wood machining — Bacci FC CNC pusher copy milling machine The milling machines, tapping machines currently in use in the company are more than 30 years old. The new tools will complement them with state-of-the-art technology in relation to the existing activity and can be done more precisely and faster, so the products produced will also be of better quality. The purchase of new machinery fits well with the company’s profile, the production process. In a previous application, Bt. acquired a press machine that produces boarded, packaged material, and the CNC machine manufactures blocked, plated material. As long as the CNC machine produces an element, they can perform the preparation of the next item on another device, and with the completed elements, they can perform further operations. The sliding frame copy milling machine is only suitable for the production of chairs, it can also machine special, curved, unique shape and material surfaces. As part of the project, the company will recruit a team of professionals from Véménd and surrounding settlements, and at the same time 2-3 employees can use the machine: He writes 1 program, 2 people help to serve the capacity of the machines. The implementation of the project is supervised by an internal project manager and financial assistant with project management experience. The tools ensure the expansion of the product range and the start of the furniture industry. A bútoripar területén az utóbbi időben egyre inkább alapkövetelményként jelenik meg a piacon a magas minőség, és a rövid határidő, a rugalmasság, illetve a különleges, megszokottól eltérő formák. A vállalkozás akkor tud lépést tartani a piaci követelményekkel, ha a piaci lehetőségeket felismeri azonnal reagálni tud a megrendelői igények változásaira, a piaci lehetőségekre, megfelel az aktuális elvárásoknak, ehhez pedig a legkorszerűbb technológiák alkalmazása és a szaktudás megléte elengedhetetlen. Baranya megyében néhány hasonló profilú faipari gyártó van. Az iparágra jellemző a szezonalitás, jelentős az árverseny, a gépesítettség meghatározza a az előállított fa és bútoripari termékek típusát, minőségét ezáltal piaci pozíciót. A társaság jelenleg elsősorban nyílászárók gyártásával foglalkozik. A rendelkezésre álló telephely mérete lehetővé teszi, hogy termelési kapacitásait fejlessze, és meglévő portfólióját bővítse. A Timpa Bt. stratégiai célja: komplex faipari (épületasztalosipari, belsőépítészeti és egyéb bútorgyártási) tevékenység elvégzése, a a tevékenység diverzifikálása, a termékpaletta és a szolgáltatások bővítése, termelékenység javítása, kapacitás- és hatékonyságnövelés. Ahhoz, hogy a vállalkozás elérje céljait, az alábbi eszközök beszerzését tervezi: - MORBIDELLI AUTHOR M600 öttengelyes CNC megmunkáló központ Mobil portal rendszerrel, gerendás munkaasztalokkal tömörfa megmunkálásra - BACCI FC CNC tolókeretes másoló marógép A társaságnál jelenleg használatban lévő marógépek, csapozógépek több mint 30 évesek. Az új eszközök a meglévő tevékenységhez kapcsolódóan ezeket a legkorszerűbb technológiával egészítik ki, precízebb és gyorsabb munka végezhető velük, így az előállított termékek is jobb minőségűek lesz. Az új gépek beszerzése jól beleillenek a vállalkozás profiljába, a termelési folyamatba. Egy korábbi kérelemben olyan présgépet szerzett be a Bt., mely táblásított, tömbösített anyagot állít elő, e CNC gép pedig tömbösített, táblásított anyagot munkál meg. Amíg a CNC-gép előállít egy-egy elemet, addig másik eszközön a következő elem előkészületeit, illetve az elkészült elemekkel további műveleteket tudnak elvégezni. A tolókeretes másoló marógép csak a székek gyártására alkalmas, speciális, ívelt, egyedi forma és anyagvilágú felületek megmunkálására is képes. A projekt keretében bővülő szakembergárdát Véméndről és a környező településekről fogja toborozni a cég, egy időben 2-3 alkalmazott használhatja a gépet: 1 fő programot ír, 2 fő a gépek kapacitásának kiszolgálásában segít. A projekt megvalósítását projektbonyolítási tapasztalattal rendelkező belső projektmenedzser és pénzügyi asszisztens felügyeli. Az eszközök biztosítják a termékpaletta bővítését, a bútoripari tevékenység elindítását. A tervezett fejlesztésnek köszönhetően magasabb feldolgozottsági szintű terméket fog előállítani a vállalkozás, képes lesz komplex faipari tevékenység ellátására. (Hungarian)
