1. The 2562 Metalworking TEÁOR-related production capacity increase is realised with the help of our project. 2.The company has consistently implemented similar developments in recent years, partly through support. The skills of the project management members are therefore appropriate. The customer’s needs have been identified, and we have developed our well-founded development in the knowledge of this. 3. Our goal is to acquire new, modern equipment to increase capacity, serving customer needs. 4. In the course of development, we act in accordance with professional (ISO,) standards and supplier requirements. Our goal is to achieve category A supplier certification for our customers. When selecting the equipment to be procured, we have selected known suppliers with a good service background. 5. During operation and implementation, we place great emphasis on the use of the implemented quality guidance system and follow the procedures required by the suppliers. 6. In technology investments, project management has a lot of experience and has already implemented several of these projects with the help of grants. 7. Novelty and added value of the asset: we will be able to offer higher capacity than competitors and better quality, more durable products with higher accuracy. 8. Presentation of implemented project elements: With the OKUMA GENOS L200 EM driven tool lathe, we can also perform milling operations on our turned parts, thus allowing the machining of more complex parts than before. In addition, as complex parts are produced on one machine from now on, the off-times are significantly reduced and the amount of scraps resulting from positioning error has been reduced to 0 %. With the DMG DMU 50 type 5 axis simultaneous machining center, we can work D600x500 mm composite parts simultaneously on 5 axes against the previous D400x320 mm parts. This is a 42 % maximum size increase expressed as a percentage of volume. With the SODICK ALC400 G wired spark cutting machine, we will be able to machine parts with 0.001 mm accuracy on 4 axes compared to our previous 3-axis machining. Since we didn't have a 4-axis wired spark cutting machine so far, we had to subcontract all the work that needed this technology. With the Trotec Speedy-360 laser cutting machine, we can expand our product range of laser cut parts, as the machine can also machine 810x510 mm non-metallic materials with excellent precision instead of the previous 610x400 mm maximum size. This represents a 41 % machinable size increase. We don't want to replace our existing machines. We want to increase the capacity of our machine park. The company is an SME moving forward in the Production value chain due to the above. 1. A 2562 Fémmegmunkálás TEÁOR-hoz kapcsolódó gyártási termelési kapacitásbővítés valósul meg a projektünk segítségével. 2.A cég következetesen valósított meg az elmúlt években is hasonló fejlesztéseket, részben támogatásból. A projekt menedzsment tagjainak jártassága tehát megfelelő. A vevői igények feltérképezése megtörtént, ennek az ismeretében alakítottuk ki a megalapozott fejlesztésünk. 3. Célunk új, modern eszközök beszerzése a kapacitásbővítést, vevői igényeket szolgálva. 4. A fejlesztés során az szakmai (ISO,) szabványok és a beszállítói követelmények figyelembe véve járunk el. Célunk a vevőinknél az A kategóriás beszállítói minősítés elérése. A beszerzendő eszközök kiválasztásánál ismert szállítókat választottunk, jó szervizháttérrel. 5. A működés és megvalósítás során nagy hangsúlyt fektetünk a bevezetett minőségirányitási rendszer használatára és a beszállítók által megkövetelt eljárásokat követjük. 6. A technológiai beruházásokban a projekt menedzsmentnek nagy tapasztalata van, révén már több ilyen projektet valósított meg támogatás segítségével. 7. Az eszköz újdonságtartalma, többlet értéke: képesek leszünk a versenytársaknál magasabb kapacitást kínálni és nagyobb pontosság mellett jobb minőséget, tartósabb termékeket. 8. Megvalósuló projektelemek bemutatása: Az OKUMA GENOS L200 EM hajtott szerszámos esztergával az esztergált alkatrészeinken marási műveleteket is el tudunk végezni, így a korábbiakhoz képest komplexebb alkatrészek megmunkálását teszik lehetővé. Emellett mivel az összetett, bonyolult alkatrészek innentől egy gépen készülnek, a mellékidők jelentősen csökkennek, valamint 0%-ra csökkent a pozícionálási hibából származó selejt darabok mennyisége. A DMG DMU 50 típusú 5 tengelyes szimultán megmunkáló központtal már D600x500 mm-es összetett alkatrészeket meg tudunk munkálni szimultán 5 tengelyen az eddigi D400x320 mm-es alkatrészekkel szemben. Ez 42%-os maximális méret növekedés térfogat százalékban kifejezve. A SODICK ALC400 G típusú huzalos szikraforgácsoló géppel 4 tengelyen leszünk képesek 0,001 mm pontossággal megmunkálni az alkatrészeinket a korábbi 3 tengelyes megmunkálásunkhoz képest. Mivel ezidáig nem rendelkeztünk 4 tengelyes huzalos szikraforgácsoló géppel, így minden olyan munkát alvállalkozásba volt szükséges adnunk, amihez ez a technológia kellett. A TROTEC Speedy-360-as lézervágó géppel pedig, lézervágott alkatrészekből álló termékpalettánkat tudjuk bővíteni, mivel a gép már 810x510 mm-es területű nem fémes anyagokat is meg tud munkálni kiváló pontossággal a korábbi 610x400 mm-es maximális méret helyett. Ez 41%-os megmunkálható méretnövekedést jelent. A meglévő gépinket nem kívánjuk lecserélni. A gépparkunk kapacitását kívánjuk növelni. A cég a Termelési értékláncban előrelépő KKV a fentiek miatt. Innovatív KKV-nak minősül a vállalkozásunk, a GOP-1.3.1-11/C-2012-0211 sorszámú pályázat záró elszámolása benyújtásra került és a létrehozott K+F+I eredményt az alábbiak szerint hasz (Hungarian)
