Our company covers the whole range of chipping, it can perform all technologies from turning to grinding and milling. By purchasing the products, we increase the added value of the products, ensure higher technical standards, and our competitiveness is increasing, we will be able to produce high-quality parts that are suitable for the German parent companies of our customers. TAKISAWA NEX-108M driven tooled CNC lathe. By purchasing the machine, we increase our capacity, because in this size range it is necessary to remove bottlenecks. We want to develop efficient multi-machine systems that are suitable for productive high-quality work. EVERISING S-300HB automatic sawing machine. With the purchase of the cutting machine, our flexibility is greatly increased, we can take orders within a much shorter deadline, because after that we would not be exposed to the negative effects of a possible loss of market due to the long lead time of the raw material suppliers. It will then be possible to precisely cut the larger diameter rounds on site, increasing the vertices of processing, increasing added value, and making time profitable to take on work that may have hitherto been shortened due to the need for cutting elsewhere. The equipment is essential for the continuous control of the quality of production, in order to ensure that the parts manufactured comply with the drawing requirements in every way and accurately meet the customer requirements. Társaságunk a forgácsolás teljes palettáját lefedi, az esztergálástól a köszörülésen, maráson át minden technológiát el tud végezni. Gépparkja azonban elavult, korszerűsítésre szorul, és talán mára már van olyan tőkeerős, hogy állami segítséggel, jelen pályázati forrás igénybevételével nagy hatékonyságú korszerű forgácsoló gépeket szerezzen be, és emelje a gyártás színvonalát, növelje a kapacitását. A beszerezni kívánt eszközökre beruházás megtérülési számításokat végeztünk, amelyek 3 év alatti megtérülést mutatnak. Beszerezni kívánt eszközök: TAKISAWA EX-510 Ellenorsós CNC Esztergagép : A gép beszerzésével lehetővé válik olyan mérettartományba tartozó munkák elvállalása, amelyeket eddig nem tudtunk megmunkálni, áteresztő képessége 90 mm. Ellenorsós berendezés, amely alkalmas ékpálya és hatszög marásra, lapolás készítésére is. Ezekben a munkákban eddig nem voltunk versenyképesek, mert sokkal magasabb áron tudtuk volna több műveletben előállítani ezeket a megmunkálásokat. Beszerzésével növekszik a termékek hozzáadott értéke, magasabb műszaki színvonalat biztosít, és a versenyképességünk növekszik, képesek leszünk olyan magas színvonalú alkatrészek gyártására is, amelyek megállják a helyüket vevőink német anyavállalatainál is. TAKISAWA NEX-108M hajtott szerszámos CNC eszterga. A gép beszerzésével növeljük a kapacitásainkat, mert ebben a mérettartományban szükségessé vált a szűk keresztmetszetek feloldása. hatékony többgépes rendszereket kívánunk kialakítani, amelyek alkalmasak a termelékeny jó minőségű munkavégzésre. Ezt követően lehetővé válik a nagyobb átmérőjű körcélok helyben történő pontos hatékony darabolása, amellyel növekszik a feldolgozottság vertikuma, nő a hozzáadott érték, az idő nyereséggel pedig lehetővé válik olyan munkák elvállalása is, amely eddig esetleg meghíúsult a máshol történő daraboltatás időszükséglete miatt. A berendezés elengedhetetlenül szükséges a gyártás minőségének folyamatos ellenőrzéséhez, annak érdekében, hogy a gyártott alkatrészek mindenben megfeleljenek a rajzi követelményeknek, pontosan elégítsék ki a vevői követelményeket. Társaságunk eddig általában a forgácsoló gépek beszerzésére törekedett, de a forgácsoló gépek hatékony működtetéséhez az ellenőrző eszköz beszerzése is nélkülözhetetlen. A jelen pályázati támogatás lehetővé tenné, hogy magasabb szintre helyeződjön a P&P Fémipari Kft gyártási színvonala és tovább növekedhessen. A társaságot jelenleg családi vállalkozásként a szülők irányítják, de a több nyelven beszélő felnőtt közgazdász gyermekek is várhatóan csatlakozni fognak, amellyel a biztosítva lesz a hosszú távú fejlődés lehetősége (Hungarian)
