The professional content of our project consists of the introduction of a locally installed and cloud-based module covering 8 target areas. — Company CRM, sales area Corporate CRM, sales system is an integrated, customer-oriented system that fits the company’s organisational structure and supports its internal sales processes. By using the module, the contact with the clients becomes orderly, the monitoring of the client’s activities and the organisation of the contents of their charts are solved. — Financial and accounting area The financial and accounting system ensures compliance with the relevant laws, continuously follows the company’s effectiveness, allows for accounting as defined in government decrees. — Procurement, logistics area Product groups management; Hierarchy of product groups; Queries by product group; Full registration of products; Barcode management; Stock value management. — Online sales (Business webshop) Marketing of products (presentation in the store), taking orders, tracking orders, customer contact, collecting marketing database, ensuring processes that can be initiated by other customers (e.g. contact form, request for quotation, etc.) ensuring the growth of demand and traffic with these functions. Provides product catalogue design, description with photos, categorisation, prices with technical parameters and conditions of use. — System using mobile techniques related to a given functional area, accessing ERP functions on mobile devices — Remote and group work support Providing locally independent access to ERP users, standardising information exchange and information management — Workflow system Process Management: co-ordinating long, multi-stage, multi-organisational enterprise processes along defined conditionalities, managing predefined processes, deadlines, etc. It helps management control, automates processes, makes status trackable, and raises awareness of deadlines in the process drivers. — Online (electronic) payment solution Web Payment: “An online (electronic) payment solution is a cash-saving service that is linked to an electronic transaction and does not require the payer’s personal presence.” (English) | |||||||||||||||

A projektünk szakmai tartalmát képezi 8 célterületet felölelő helyben telepített és felhő alapú modul bevezetése. - Vállalti CRM, értékesítési terület Vállalati CRM, értékesítési rendszer egy integrált, ügyfélközpontú, a vállalat szervezeti felépítéséhez illeszkedő, annak belső értékesítési folyamatait támogató rendszer. A modul használatával rendezetté válik az ügyfelekkel való kapcsolattartás, megoldódik az ügyfelek tevékenységeinek nyomon követése, kórlapjuk tartalmának rendszerezése. - Pénzügyi, számviteli terület A pénzügyi és számviteli rendszer biztosítja a releváns törvényeknek való megfelelést, folyamatosan követi a vállalti eredményességet, a kormányrendeletekben meghatározott könyvvezetést tesz lehetővé. - Beszerzési, logisztikai terület Termék csoportok kezelése; Termékcsoportok hierarchiába rendezése; Lekérdezések termékcsoportonként; Termékek teljes körű nyilvántartása; Vonalkód kezelés; Készletérték kezelés. - Internetes értékesítés (Vállalati webáruház) Termékek marketingelése (prezentálás az áruházban), rendelések felvétele, rendelés követés, ügyfélkapcsolat, marketing adatbázis gyűjtése, egyéb ügyfelek által kezdeményezhető folyamatok biztosítása, (pl. kontakt form, ajánlatkérés, stb.) ezen funkciókkal biztosítva a kereslet és forgalom növekedését. Biztosítja a termékkatalógus megtervezését, leírását fotókkal, kategorizálást, árakat műszaki paraméterekkel, felhasználási feltételekkel. - Adott funkcionális területhez kapcsolódó mobil technikát használó rendszer ERP funkciók elérése mobileszközökön - Táv- és csoportmunka támogatás Az ERP felhasználók számára helyfüggetlen hozzáférés biztosítása, információcsere és információkezelés egységesítése - Munkafolyamat-irányítási rendszer (workflow) Folyamatmenedzsment: akár hosszú, többlépcsős, több szervezeti egységet érintő vállalati folyamatok koordinálása, meghatározott feltételrendszer mentén, előre definiált folyamatok, határidők, stb. kezelésével. Segíti a vezetői irányítást, automatizál folyamatokat, nyomon követhetővé teszi a státuszokat, valamint tudatosítja a határidőket a folyamatok v égrehajtóiban. - Online (elektronikus) fizetési megoldás Webes fizetés: "Az online (elektronikus) fizetési megoldás olyan készpénz-kímélő szolgáltatás, amely elektronikus úton bonyolított tranzakcióhoz kapcsolódik, és nem igényli a fizető személyes jelenlétét."
