At present, our company uses several systems and other tables and databases to perform administrative, controlling, quality assurance and production tasks. These systems are not interconnected and therefore the extraction and use of data is difficult. Some of the data are still recorded manually, resulting in errors and additional time, not least it is also delayed from data generation. With the development of the production module, we have the opportunity to automatically transfer the data from our automatic machines to the system, thus facilitating everyone’s work. Furthermore, data would be collected and processed in a system, so controlling and production data would be manageable and easily accessible. In addition to office staff, the new system would also be used by those working in manufacturing. The production tracking system solves the documentation and retrieval of production during production. With the help of the program, reports can be made on the efficiency of production and workers, on the time spent on work, on the utilisation of machines. A special advantage is that it is always possible to compare the time of the work carried out with the time spent and machine time, so in addition to the recording of working time, the productive efficiency of the workers can be measured. The professional production data management system solves the data management tasks in the field of tool and component manufacturing by reducing administrative time in modern form. With the production design module, we could assemble daily work more efficiently, use the data collection terminals to get a real picture of the condition of the machines and optimise our processes. With the data recorded during the operations, quality assurance would also be available in the same system. Our currently used corporate management system cannot properly manage the production data (WinDirect), but manages the management module well, because of which we would not develop this part in the present application. The two systems (corporate management system and production tracking system) would be connected to each other, so all data would be included in both systems. Thanks to the development, we could delete all databases and tables outside the two systems. With the help of the workflow, the work can be released to workers, which we will have instant feedback about; it can be retrieved from any data of any order, whether it is a technical drawing number, customer ID, or even a fragment of the name of the metal or tool ordered. The employees can be checked with one move, the payback rates of each order, the return orders are comparable. Our server is not developed enough to manage the 2 systems, so in the tender we would purchase a new server for the production management system. New computers (terminals) and tablets would be placed in production to record and transmit data. (English)

    Cégünk jelenleg több rendszert és egyéb táblázatokat, adatbázisokat használ az ügyviteli, kontrolling, minőségbiztosítási és termelési feladatok ellátására. Ezek a rendszerek nincsenek összekapcsolva, ezért körülményes az adatok kinyerése és felhasználása. Az adatok egy része még mindig manuálisan kerül rögzítésre, ami hibával és többletidővel jár, nem utolsósorban ez időben is eltolódik az adat keletkezésétől. A termelési modul fejlesztésével lehetőségünk nyílik, hogy az adatok az automata gépeinkből automatikusan kerüljön a rendszerbe, így megkönnyítse mindenki munkáját. Továbbá az adatokat egy rendszerben gyűjtenénk és kezelnénk le, így a kontrolling és a termelési adatok kezelhetővé és könnyen hozzáférhetővé válnának. Az új rendszert az irodai munkatársakon kívül a gyártásban dolgozók is használnák. A termeléskövető rendszer megoldja a gyártás során a termelés dokumentálását, visszakeresését. A program segítségével kimutatások készíthetők a termelés valamint a dolgozók hatékonyságáról, a munkavégzésre fordított időkről, a gépek kihasználtságáról. Külön előny, hogy a ráfordított dolgozói és gépidőkkel mindig összevethetőek az elvégzett munkák terv idői, így a munkaidő kimutatáson túl a dolgozók termelési hatékonysága is mérhető. A professzionális termelési adatkezelő rendszer korszerű formában az adminisztrációs időt töredékére csökkentve oldja meg a szerszám- és alkatrészgyártás területén adódó adatkezelési feladatokat. Gyártástervezési modul révén hatékonyabban tudnánk összeállítani a napi munkát, az adatgyűjtő terminálok használatával a gépek állapotáról kaphatnánk valós képet, valamint a folyamatainkat is optimalizálni tudnánk. A műveletek közben rögzített adatokkal a minőségbiztosítás is ugyanabban a rendszerben válna elérhetővé. A jelenleg használt vállalatirányítási rendszerünk nem tudja megfelelően kezelni a termelési adatokat (WinDirect), de az ügyviteli modult jól kezeli, ami miatt ezt a részt jelen pályázatban nem fejlesztenénk. A két rendszer (vállalatirányítási rendszer és termeléskövető rendszer) interface-en kapcsolódna egymással, így minden adat bekerülne mindkét rendszerbe. A fejlesztésnek köszönhetően a két rendszeren kívüli összes adatbázist és táblázatot el tudnánk hagyni. A workflow segítségével a munkák kiadhatóak dolgozóknak, amikről azonnali visszajelzésünk is lesz; az adott munkával ki foglalkozott és hogyan áll. Visszakereshető minden megrendelés bármely adata alapján, legyen az egy műszaki rajzszám, megrendelői azonosító, vagy akár egy szótöredék a megrendelt fém vagy szerszám megnevezéséből. Egy mozdulattal ellenőrizhetők a dolgozók, az egyes megrendelések megtérülési mutatói, a visszatérő megrendelések összehasonlíthatóak egymással. Szerverünk nem elég fejlett ahhoz, hogy a 2 rendszert tudja kezelni, ezért a pályázatban beszereznénk egy új szervert a termelésirányító rendszerhez. Az adatok rögzítéséhez, továbbításához új számítógépeket (terminálok) és tableteket helyeznénk ki a gyártásba. (Hungarian)
