As part of our project, we develop our metalworking activities by purchasing a DOOSAN VC630/5AC CNC machining center. Target area of the investment: “Acquisition of new equipment and machinery” We took into account energy saving, performance, value for money and service possibilities when choosing the machine. The DOOSAN VC630/5AC 5-axis vertical CNC machining center has high rigidity, high speed, built-in main spindle, which makes it suitable for working hard-to-work materials (e.g. titanium, inconel) and high-speed materials (aluminium, non-ferrous metals). Its main technical characteristics are: Main spindle speed: 12.000 rpm, Main spindle torque: 90 Nm, Table load capacity: 500 kg, CNC control: Heidenhain iTNC530, number of tool places 40pcs, working range: X=650 mm, Y=765 mm, Z=520 mm, Max. workpiece: 730x500 mm, Machine weight: 12.500 kg Due to the rigidity of the machine, we can fulfill our orders with greater security and accuracy. Due to its technological advancement, our energy and maintenance costs are also reduced. This will also reduce our cost, but we will produce higher added-value parts. Content assessment criteria: SMEs with high growth potential: our turnover is constantly increasing. It increased by 32 % from 2014 to 2015 and increased by 36 % from 2013 to 2015. Innovative SME (R & D & I activity): Our company has also implemented two projects supporting the exploitation of innovation results. In tender No. GOP-1.3.1-11/C-2012-0086, we acquired a VMC 1160 linear CNC machining center, with which high-speed hard milling technology was established at our company. With a special hard milling tool, we can work the raw material dry with high speed and low torque, thanks to which a very smooth, mirrored surface can be achieved. We can also perform 4 axis machining by the machine. In the framework of the project GOP-1.3.1-11/C-2012-0746 we acquired a portable hardness meter type SGM HIJ 2100, a RUGOSURF 20 roughness meter, a TESA VISIO 300 GL Optical Meter, a COORD3 ARES NT-L 10.7.5 CNC coordinate measuring machine and a Leadwell T-6 turning machine. By purchasing the machines, we have developed our measuring technology. We have set up a measuring lab in which the finished workpieces manufactured at the plant are inspected. With the various measuring equipment, we can also perform hardness and surface roughness measurements. With the development we achieved an improvement in the quality and quality of production. The VC630/5AC CNC machining centre to be procured under this project is also closely linked to our innovation activity: after hard milling, we carry out further machining tasks with this machine, and the finished workpieces are tested in our innovative measuring laboratory. Projektünk keretében fémmegmunkálási tevékenységünket fejlesztjük egy DOOSAN VC630/5AC CNC megmunkáló központ beszerzésével. A beruházás célterülete: „Új eszközök, gépek beszerzése” A gép kiválasztásánál figyelembe vettük az energiatakarékosságot, a teljesítményt, az ár-érték arányt és a szerviz lehetőségeket. A DOOSAN VC630/5AC 5 tengelyes függőleges CNC megmunkáló központ nagy merevségű, magas fordulatszámú, beépített főorsóval rendelkezik, ami alkalmassá teszi nehezen megmunkálható anyagok (pl. titán, inconel) és nagy sebességgel megmunkálandó anyagok (alumínium, színesfémek) megmunkálására is. Főbb műszaki jellemzői: Főorsó fordulatszám: 12.000 fordulat/perc, Főorsó nyomatéka: 90 Nm, Asztal terhelhetősége: 500 kg, CNC vezérlése: Heidenhain iTNC530, Szerszámhelyek száma 40db., Munkatartománya: X=650 mm, Y=765 mm, Z=520 mm, Max. munkadarab: 730x500 mm, Gép súlya: 12.500 kg A gép merevségének köszönhetően nagyobb biztonsággal, pontossággal kisebb selejtaránnyal tudjuk teljesíteni megrendeléseinket. Technológiai fejlettsége miatt energia- és karbantartási költségeink is csökkennek. Ezáltal önköltségünk is alacsonyabb lesz, de magasabb hozzáadott értékű alkatrészeket gyártunk le. Tartalmi értékelési szempontok: Nagy növekedési potenciállal rendelkező KKV: árbevételünk folyamatosan növekszik. 2014-ről 2015-re 32%-kal növekedett, 2013-ról 2015-re 36%-os növekedést értünk el. Innovatív KKV (K+F+I tevékenység): Cégünk két innovációs eredmények hasznosítását támogató projektet is megvalósított. A GOP-1.3.1-11/C-2012-0086 számú pályázatban egy VMC 1160 linear CNC megmunkálóközpontot szereztünk be, amellyel a nagysebességű keménymarási technológia honosult meg cégünknél. Egy speciális keménymaró szerszámokkal, nagy sebességgel, alacsony nyomaték mellett szárazon munkálhatjuk meg az alapanyagot, melynek köszönhetően nagyon sima, tükrös felület érhető el. A gép által 4 tengelyes megmunkálást is tudunk végezni. A GOP-1.3.1-11/C-2012-0746 számú projekt keretében egy SGM HIJ 2100 típusú hordozható keménységmérőt, Rugosurf 20 típusú érdességmérő készüléket, egy TESA VISIO 300 GL Optikai mérőgépet, egy COORD3 ARES NT-L 10.7.5 CNC koordináta mérőgépet és egy LEADWELL T-6 esztergagépet szereztünk be. A gépek beszerzésével mérési technológiánkat fejlesztettük. Létrehoztunk egy mérőlabort, amelyben az üzemben legyártott kész munkadarabok méretellenőrzését végezzük. A különböző mérőberendezésekkel már keménység- és felületi érdesség mérést is végezhetünk. A fejlesztéssel a gyártás minőségének, színvonalának javulását értük el. A jelen projekt keretében beszerzendő VC630/5AC CNC megmunkáló központ is szorosan kapcsolódik innovációs tevékenységünkhöz: a keménymarás után ezzel a géppel bonyolítjuk le a további megmunkálási feladatokat, és a kész munkadarabok méretellenőrzését az innovatív mérőlaborunkban végezzük el. Fejlesztendő tevékenységünk, a Fémmegmunkálás (TEÁOR: 2562’08) feldolgozóipari tevékenység, amely szerepel a Felhívás 1. sz. mellékletben. (Hungarian)
