The aim of the company’s development is to greatly modernise its current edge-locking technology, the machining quality of which does not correspond to the level of quality that can be achieved by the state of the art. The Korpus System is used for the integrated management of production and corporate management processes. The Korpus STANDARD module supports inventory management, order management, price calculation, tailoring optimisation, and residue management. With the help of the Korpus SERIAL module, the company’s own, standardised furniture elements can be created, on the basis of which the system automatically determines the tailoring dimensions of the parametric furniture elements, the need for materials and accessories. Korpus PARTS is a semi-finished element registration module that allows the company to build the furniture elements of the series. When starting production from a given serial element, the system examines whether the size, colour and number of parts specified in the order are available in the semi-finished battery storages from the given serial number part. With the help of Korpus DIAG MODUL, you can track the amount of boards stripped by the board sharing machine and the performance of tailoring workers on the office workstation. With the Korpus NET module, you can transfer tailoring maps to the board splitting machine. With the Korpus LABEL module, the etiquette label is printed right next to the board splitting machine. A társaság fejlesztésének célja, részben a jelenlegi élzáró technológiájának nagymértékű korszerűsítése, amely megmunkálási minősége nem felel meg a legkorszerűbb technológiával elérhető minőségi szintnek. Beszerzésre kerül egy Brandt KDF 650 Edition élzáró automata, ami egyrészt növelni tudja a társaság termelési mennyiségét azáltal, hogy a megmunkálási sebessége gyorsabb, mint a társaság által jelenleg használt berendezésé, másrészt képes vízálló zárást is készíteni. A berendezés lehetővé teszi több típusú élzáró anyag alkalmazását (mind színben, mind vastagságban), és az anyagok közti gyors átállást, a gyors anyagfeldolgozást. Javul a termékek minősége, a milliméterpontos megmunkálásnak köszönhetően. Olyan ragasztást lehet elérni a berendezés alkalmazásával, ami a nemzetközi piacon is versenyképessé teszi termékeket. Az automatavezérlés miatt a megmunkálás pontosabb, és csökken az emberi hiba lehetősége. Ezzel a berendezéssel a társaság egy magasabb színvonalon lesz képes kielégíteni a megnövekedett keresletet. A másik fejlesztési terület az informatika. A társaság elérte azt az üzemméretet, ahol már szükségessé válik, hogy beszerezze a tevékenységét segítő integrált bútoripari rendszert. Ezért a fejlesztésben beszerzésre kerül a Korpus Integrált Bútoripari Rendszer. Ez a rendszer megfelel az IPAR 4 megoldásoknak, és rendelkezik termelésirányítási és programozási modullal is. A Korpus Rendszer a termelési és vállalatirányítási folyamatok integrált kezelésére szolgál. A KORPUS STANDARD modul a készletgazdálkodást, megrendelések kezelését, árkalkulációt, szabászati optimalizálást, és maradékanyag-gazdálkodást segíti. KORPUS SERIAL modul segítségével elkészíthető a vállalkozás saját, szabványosított bútor elemei, melyek alapján a rendszer automatikusan meghatározza a parametrikus bútor elemek szabászati méreteit, anyag és tartozék szükségletét. KORPUS PARTS félkész elemnyilvántartó modul aminek segítségével a társaság felépítheti a széria bútor elemeit. Az adott széria elemből történő gyártás indításakor, a rendszer megvizsgálja, hogy az adott sorozatszámú alkatrészből, a megrendelésben meghatározott méretű, színű és darabszámú alkatrész áll-e rendelkezésre a félkész elem tárolókban. KORPUS DIAG MODUL segítségével az irodai munkaállomáson követheti nyomon a táblafelosztó gép által leszabott táblák mennyiségét és a szabászati dolgozók teljesítményét. KORPUS NET modul segítségével a szabászati térképeket továbbítható a táblafelosztó gépre. KORPUS LABEL modul segítségével az etikett címke nyomtatása közvetlenül a táblafelosztó gép mellett történik.
