During the project, Füredi and Sárbogárdi limestones and riolite tufa, the layered development of the quarries are a feature that makes it suitable for the production of decorative decorations. We wish to acquire, install and develop the basic machines of the various types of material handling and classification within the framework of the project. The development is associated with the company’s stone-working activities. The development of machine equipment technology that meets different uses is the object of the development and the implementation of the development of production. DISTEN Kft. delivers the raw material suitable for further processing to its production department with its own equipment. Stone boards between 50 and 400 kg are placed under the machinery by the material handling machine. The immense machine breaks the boards into strips or blocks of size depending on the demand. The cutting machine either trimms the rough slabs to size or further chops the blocks processed by the giant. The finished product and the edges remaining as waste are transported by the handling machine to Depo (pallet), the residual material can be sold either as decorative ornamental of lower value or as stone scrap, grouped by the grading machines. A product scope that is more processed than the applicant’s previous activity will be developed. On the other hand, market expansion takes place vertically towards new markets and its market exposure is reduced due to diversification (other customers). An important achievement from a national economic point of view is that the project also develops a processing direction that makes better use of the natural properties of the mineral resource. As a quantifiable result, the annual ornamental production volume will increase from 15,000 to 16000 tonnes. The implementation site is the site of the company, which is suitable for carrying out the activity. It also has sufficient free space for storage of raw material stones and storage of finished products. As a result of the investment, DISTEN Kft. qualifies as an SME moving forward in the production value chain, since all activities that take place within the company are assessed in terms of the impact of the investment in terms of an efficiency criterion that expresses the extent to which each activity (breaking, cutting, cutting, classifying, loading) contributes to the achievement of the fundamental objective of the company. The basic goal of the company is to satisfy the customer’s needs, while maintaining and increasing quality. This also means that the company’s value chain consists of a series of stone-working activities that, through the means included in the investment, generate higher value thanks to the improvement in the quality of the stone produced, which the buyers (STRABAG, Nitrogénművek) themselves recognise as value. In this case, we can talk about the fact that the customer has acknowledged the new value by being willing to pay a price that covers the company’s costs and also provides a profit. A projekt során a gyártással készített díszítőkő alapanyaga a Füredi és Sárbogárdi mészkő, valamint riolit tufa a kőbányák réteges kifejlődése olyan adottság amely alkalmassá teszi a díszítőkő előállítására. A különböző fajta anyagmozgatás és osztályozás alapgépeit kívánjuk a projekt keretein belül beszerezni, beüzemelni és a gyártási folyamatokat fejleszteni. A fejlesztés a kőmegmunkálási tevékenységéhez társul a vállalkozásnak. Az eltérő felhasználási célnak megfelelő gépek berendezések technológia kialakítása a tárgya a fejlesztésnek, a gyártás fejlesztésének megvalósítása. A DISTEN Kft. saját eszközeivel a gyártási részlegére szállítja a tovább feldolgozásra alkalmas nyersanyagot. A 50-400 kg közötti kőtáblákat az anyagmozgató gép helyezi be a gépek alá. A roppantó gép az igénytől függő méretű csíkokra vagy tömbökre töri a táblákat. A vágógép vagy szintén a nyers táblaköveket vágja méretre, vagy a roppantó által feldolgozott tömbök további aprítását végzi. A készterméket és hulladékként visszamaradt széleket az anyagmozgató gép szállítja el depóra (raklapra), a maradék anyag vagy alacsonyabb értékű díszítőkőként, vagy kőtörmelékként értékesíthető, melyek csoportosítását az osztályozógépek végzik. A pályázó eddigi tevékenységéhez képest magasabb feldolgozottságú termékkör kerül kialakításra. Piac bővítése viszont vertikálisan új piacok felé történik, a diverzifikáció miatt piaci kitettsége csökken (más vevőkör). Fontos eredmény nemzetgazdasági szempontból, hogy az ásványkincs természeti adottságait jobban kihasználó feldolgozási irány is kialakul a projekt révén. A számszerűsíthető eredményképp pedig az éves díszítőkő gyártott mennyisége 15.000-ről 16.000 tonnára növekszik. A megvalósítási helyszín a vállalkozás telephelye, mely alkalmas a tevékenység végzésére. Megfelelő szabad területtel rendelkezik az alapanyag kövek tárolására és a késztermékek raktározására is. A DISTEN Kft. a beruházás hatására a termelési értékláncban előrelépő KKV-nak minősül, mivel mindaz a tevékenység, amely a vállalaton belül folyik, egy olyan hatékonysági kritérium szempontjából értékelődik fel a beruházás hatására, amely azt fejezi ki, hogy az egyes tevékenységek (törés, vágás, darabolás, osztályozás, rakodás) milyen mértékben járulnak hozzá a vállalat alapvető céljának teljesüléséhez. A vállalat alapvető célja, a vásárlói igény kielégítése, a minőség megtartása és növelése mellett. Ez másképp azt jelenti, hogy a vállalat értéklánca olyan kőmegmunkáláshoz kapcsolódó tevékenységek sorozatából áll, amelyek a beruházásban szereplő eszközök segítségével nagyobb értéket teremt az előállított kő minőségi javulásának köszönhetően, amelyet a vásárlók (STRABAG, Nitrogénművek) maga értékként ismer el. Ebben az esetben beszélhetünk arról, hogy a vásárló az új értéket elismerte azzal, hogy hajlandó olyan árat fizetni érte, amely fedezi a vállalat költségeit, és ezen kívül még nyereséget is biztosít.A fejlesztésnek köszönhetően a cég biztosítani tudja termékei CE minősítését (Hungarian)
