Within the framework of the project, we will expand our activities “28.99 — Manufacture of other specialised machinery” We will produce the necessary parts for these machines on the basis of a technical drawing. This activity is part of the Irinyi Plan and is an activity to be developed in particular. In particular, the purchase of machinery is required for the production of encoders (beacons) for tyre drivers, centrifuges, balancers (excluding wheel balancing) equipment. As part of the capacity extension tender, 1 EMR-1020D CNC machining centre will be purchased. The machine is a very robust (net 6 400 kg) mechanically very stable machine (ground area needs: 2900 x 2420 x 2 850 mm) between machining centres. The mechanical structure is designed to cover the widest possible range of applications. An important aspect of the choice of the machine was the machining (positioning, repetition) accuracy: 0.008 mm and 0.02 mm. Strokes of the machine: 1020 x 510 x 560 mm and table size: A load capacity of 1200x500 mm (700) kg). All axles are equipped with robust measuring boards, so the accuracy of the manufactured parts is guaranteed over the long term. The 24-seat toolbox ensures that it is not necessary to place the component on another machine during other machining, but it can be done with a simple change of tools and the next step of machining can continue. This machine is an excellent solution to increase our unique production capacity. The machine has a user-friendly touchscreen Windows-based controller and allows you to run CADCAM machining programs, making it fully compatible with our activity. With the help of the software to be purchased, the technical drawings are also possible, so that the workpiece can be viewed even by turning it in 3D. Our capacity building will be implemented in one step on the basis of a milestone: “Procurement of EMR-1020D CNC machining centre”. The first and most important step is to contract and order the machine as soon as possible. After ordering, delivery and commissioning, we will continuously contract the capacity of the machine manufacturer. After delivery, we attach the machine to our existing manufacturing technology and start the production of low speed sample and test parts. We work with the least amount of conception and start working the heat-treated pieces. Contracts with new and existing suppliers to be targeted will be launched. We do not plan any eligible costs other than the purchase of machinery and equipment, it is not necessary to carry out real estate and infrastructure investments. We will provide the necessary conditions for putting the machine into service (air pressure construction, electrical connection, etc.) outside the tender. A projekt keretén belül a „28.99 - M.n.s. egyéb speciális gép gyártása” tevékenységünket bővítjük. Ezen gépekhez szükséges alkatrészeket fogjuk műszaki rajz alapján előállítani. Ez a tevékenység része az Irinyi Tervben és kiemelten fejlesztendő tevékenységnek számít. Főként a gumiabroncs-illesztő, -centírózó, -kiegyensúlyozó (kivéve a kerékkiegyensúlyozást) berendezéshez szükséges encoder( jeladó) gyártásához szükséges a gépbeszerzés. A kapacitásbővítési pályázat keretében 1 db EmR-1020D CNC megmunkálóközpont beszerzése valósul meg. A gép egy igen masszív (nettó 6400kg), mechanikailag nagyon stabil gépnek (alapterület igénye: 2900 x 2420 x 2850mm) számít a megmunkálóközpontok között. A mechanikai felépítést a lehető legszélesebb alkalmazási területek lefedésére alakították ki. Fontos szempont volt a gép választásakor a megmunkálás (pozicionálás, ismétlési) pontosság: 0,008mm és 0,02mm. A gép löketei: 1020 x 510 x 560mm és az asztalmérete: 1200x500 mm (700)kg terhelhetőséggel). Minden tengelyen strapabíró mérőlécekkel van felszerelve, így a gyártott alkatrészek pontossága hosszútávon is garantált. A 24 férőhelyes szerszámtár biztosítja azt, hogy nem szükséges más gépre felhelyezni az alkatrészt másfajta megmunkáláskor, hanem azt egy egyszerű szerszámváltással el tudjuk végezni és folytatódhat a megmunkálás következő lépése. Ez a gép kiváló megoldás az egyedi gyártási kapacitásunk növelésére. A gép felhasználóbarát érintőképernyős Windows alapú vezérlővel rendelkezik és a CADCAM megmunkálási programok lefuttatását is lehetővé teszi, így teljesen illeszkedik a tevékenységünkhöz. A beszerezni kívánt szoftver segítségével a műszaki rajzok elkészítése is lehetővé válik úgy, hogy a munkadarabot akár 3D-ben megforgatva is megtekinthetjük. A kapacitásbővítésünket egy lépésben, egy mérföldkő alapján fogjuk megvalósítani: „EMR-1020D CNC megmunkálóközpont beszerzése”. Az első és legfontosabb lépés, hogy a gépet szállító céggel minél hamarabb szerződjük, megrendeljük a gépet. A megrendelést, leszállítást, üzembehelyezést követően a gép gyártói kapacitását folyamatosan fogjuk lekötni. A szállítást követően a gépet hozzácsatoljuk a meglévő, már kialakított gyártási technológiánkhoz és elkezdjük alacsony fordulatszámon történő minta-, tesztalkatrészek próbagyártását. Kialakítjuk a legkevesebb felfogásból történő megmunkálást és elkezdjük a hőkezelt darabok megmunkálását. A korábban megcélozni kívánt új és meglévő beszállítókkal történő szerződéskötések elindulnak. A gép, berendezés beszerzésén kívül más elszámolható költséget nem tervezünk, nem szükséges ingatlan és infrastruktúrális beruházás megvalósítása. A gép üzembehelyezéséhez szükséges feltételeket (levegőnyomás kiépítés, villamos csatlakozási lehetőség stb.) mi fogjuk a pályázaton kívül biztosítani. Alkalmazottat nem kell felvennünk, mivel a jelenlegi gyártási technológiához kapcsolva, a jelenlegi humánerőforrás átcsoportosításával (munkák átrendezésével) meg tudjuk oldani. (Hungarian)
