During the planned development, our company intends to start a new processing activity (23.61 — Manufacture of construction concrete products), for this purpose an industrial building, service and production unit suitable for the production of concrete elements with a floor area of 238.25 m² will be realised, as well as the machinery necessary for the performance of the activity (concrete battery production machine, templates, concrete mixing machine). The planned processing activity is linked to the construction industry, thus we can also use our existing resources (transport, loading machines, human resources) so that the cost-effectiveness of production can be improved. With the new processing activity, we can provide work for employees even when, due to weather or other reasons, construction activities cannot be carried out, thereby also improving our resource utilisation. There is no production of individual concrete elements on the spot, so sales in connection with our existing activity will increase the marketability of our services and our new product, thereby our competitiveness. For the realisation we have a plan documentation and a final construction permit. Several fireworks in Gyula have been visited with the products to be manufactured, which provide an opportunity to be included in the product range. In order to achieve the professional level of the project, technical inspection activities will be carried out in order to achieve the best quality of implementation. In addition, we will make use of our own internship. The existing experience of the company’s managers in the construction sector will be effective in facilitating the successful implementation of the project and the introduction of a new construction product. The advantage of our new product compared to competitors is that the technology allows you to apply custom colors, according to the customer’s needs, in the entire material of the product and not just on the surface, so it will be more durable. The unique colours can be easily varied due to flexible, small-series production, even different colours can be used per mix. As a result of the project, we are starting a new activity, so the existing technological line is only slightly aligned with the new production (transport and loading equipment) Target areas: Purchase of a new device — 1 self-propelled hydraulic concrete element production machine equipped with excenter volley weights, with 5 templates for the production of concrete elements — the purpose of the planned processing activity is to produce concrete elements, depending on the template capable of producing 200-300 pcs of concrete elements per hour. 1 piece of 345 litre concrete mixer in which wet concrete concrete is mixed specifically for the production of concrete elements, as well as for coloring and doping according to customer requirements. Target area: Construction and conversion of a new building — 238.25 m² industrial building will be built with a production plant of 63.21 m² with 33.63 m² finished product warehouse, 27.6 m² machine storage and coordination of production processes with office and social rooms. A tervezett fejlesztés során a vállalkozásunk új feldolgozó tevékenységet kíván beindítani (23.61 - Építési betontermék gyártása), ennek érdekében egy 238,25m2 alapterületű betonelem gyártásra alkalmas ipari épület, kiszolgáló és termelő egység, fog megvalósulni, valamint a tevékenység végzéséhez szükséges gépek is beszerzésre kerülnek (betonelemgyártó gép, sablonok, betonkeverő gép). A tervezett feldolgozó tevékenység kapcsolódik az építőiparhoz, ezáltal a meglévő erőforrásainkat is hasznosítani tudjuk (szállító-, rakodó gépek, humánerőforrás) így javítható a termelés költséghatékonysága. Az új feldolgozó tevékenységgel akkor is tudunk az alkalmazottaknak munkát biztosítani, amikor időjárási, vagy egyéb okok miatt építőipari tevékenység nem végezhető, ezáltal szintén javul az erőforrás hasznosításunk. Helyben nincs egyedi betonelem gyártás, így a meglévő tevékenységünkkel termékkapcsolásban történő értékesítés növelni fogja, a szolgáltatásaink és az új termékünk értékesíthetőségét, ezáltal a versenyképességünket A megvalósításhoz tervdokumentációval és jogerős építési engedéllyel rendelkezünk. A gyártani tervezett termékekkel több gyulai tüzéptelep felkeresésre került, melyek lehetőséget teremtenek a termékkínálatban való felvételre. A projekt szakmai színvonalának megvalósítása érdekében műszaki ellenőri tevékenység kerül folytatásra, a legjobb színvonalú kivitelezés érdekében. Ezen felül a saját szakmai gyakorlatunkat is kamatoztatni fogjuk. A vállalkozás vezetőinek meglévő építőipari tapasztalata eredményesen fogja elősegíteni a projekt sikeres megvalósítását és az új építőipari termék bevezetését. Az új termékünk előnye a versenytársakhoz képest, hogy a technológia lehetővé teszi egyedi színek alkalmazását, a vevő igényeinek megfelelően, a termék teljes anyagában és nem csak a felületén, így az tartósabb lesz. Az egyedi színek könnyen variálhatóak a rugalmas, kisszériás termelés miatt, akár keverésenként más szín is alkalmazható. A projekt eredményeként új tevékenységet kezdünk, így a meglévő technológiai sor csak kis mértékben illeszkedik az új termeléshez (szállító és rakodóeszközök) Célterületek: Új eszköz beszerzése – 1db önjáró, excenter röpsúlyokkal felszerelt hidraulikus betonelem gyártó gép, 5 db betonelem gyártó sablonnal – célja a tervezett feldolgozó tevékenység kapcsán a betonelemek előállítása, óránként 200-300db betonelem gyártására képes sablontól függően. 1db 345literes betonkeverő, melyben speciálisan a betonelem gyártáshoz szükséges földnedves beton kerül megkeverésre, valamint színezésre és adalékolásra a vevői igények szerint. Célterület: Új épület építése, meglévő átalakítása – 238,25m2 ipari épület kerül kialakításra 63,21m2-es termelő üzemrésszel 33,63m2 késztermék raktárral, 27,6m2 géptárolóval, valamint a gyártási folyamatok koordinálására iroda és szociális helyiségekkel. A projekt során nyilvánosság biztosítása tevékenységet is végezni fogunk, melynek keretében 1 db „C”típusú projekttáblát fogunk beszerezni. (Hungarian)
