In the course of the development, an REP V410 injection machine will be purchased, which exceeds the current equipment in the company’s machine park in its power (1600kN compressive force) and the size of its heating plate (430x510 mm). This not only increases production capacity, but also increases efficiency, as it also allows for production with tools with larger nests. The development also includes the tooling of injection equipment. One of them is a completely new tool design. In the case of injection production of certain metal rubber parts (the rubber is vulcanised to the metal part), it makes it extremely difficult to remove the exvulcanised rubber from the tool tool because the product is trapped in the tool’s nest due to the rubber adhesion and the thermal expansion of the metal. Remove the product from the tool without violating the metal and rubber surfaces. In connection with this, we would like to buy several different tools (injection tools and cutting tools) from external partners, allowing the production of new products. An FSM 4080 flat grinder, JIE-AAL bore grinder (shoulder grinder) will also be purchased. These metalworking machines reduce the company’s exposure to tool makers. In the case of rubber injection moulding, it is the injection tool that determines the ability to manufacture a product, how efficiently and with what kind of post-production it can be produced. In the absence of a suitable tool, production becomes very difficult and costly. The three devices enable the development of their own tool making capacity: the flat grinder can be used to make the blade of the tool, the hole grinder can be used to form the inserts of the tool. The milling and CNC lathes previously purchased with the help of support contribute to the construction of nests and the production of inserts. The company will thus be able to carry out 90 % of the tools it uses in the future. Purchase of spark and/or array cutting equipment for further improvement. A Doosan LEDS 10C pallet lifting machine is purchased, which provides assistance in the storage area of the raw material, as due to lack of space, a forklift cannot travel safely there. (English)

A fejlesztés során beszerzésre kerül egy REP V410 fröccsberendezés, amely teljesítményében (1600kN nyomóerő) és fűtőlapjának méretében (430x510mm) meghaladja a vállalkozás gépparkjában működő jelenlegi berendezéseket. Ezzel nem csupán a gyártási kapacitás, de a hatékonyság növekszik, hiszen a nagyobb fészekszámú szerszámokkal történő gyártást is lehetővé teszi. A fejlesztés tartalmazza a fröccsberendezés felszerszámozását is. Ezek a fémmegmunkáló gépek a vállalkozás szerszámkészítőkkel szembeni kitettségét csökkentik.
