During the project, in order to increase the cost-effectiveness of the construction activities of the applicant company, the purchase of 1 bridge balance, 2 loaders, 1 forklift, 3 concrete production machines and related templates. We want to produce concrete products using equipment in combination. The investment contributes to the employment of the number of employees for seasonal construction and construction works throughout the year and to the maintenance of jobs. The machine is a mobile mechanical concrete column production machine equipped with built-in volley-weight vibro motors for the production of all types of concrete columns (between 180-280 cm long). The concrete elements are manufactured directly on the smooth concrete surface, production height is 10-20 cm. The part of the concrete column that comes into contact with the manufacturing surface will be of the same quality as the surface of the receiving concrete itself. Compression-vibration affects the bottom (4pcs vibromotor) and top (2 vibro motors) of the stamp and the template. The machine is controlled by a manual rotary chain lifting device. The concrete is loaded into the machine by hand force, shovel, press stamp is moved by chain lifting mechanism, the machine is moved on 4 pieces of metal wheel manually in each direction. The template is removed from the finished product by a mechanical lifting device. The machine (VP-5DSH) is a self-propelled hydraulic concrete element manufacturing machine equipped with excenter fly weights for the production of all kinds of concrete elements. The concrete elements are manufactured directly on the smooth concrete surface, production height 6-33 cm. The part of the concrete product that comes into contact with the manufacturing surface will be of the same quality as the surface of the receiving concrete itself. Compression-vibration affects both the bottom and top of the stamp and template. The concrete is loaded into the machine by manual force, the template is moved by hydraulic switches, the machine is moved by hydro motor in all directions. Hydraulics are used to remove the template from the finished product.     A projekt során a pályázó vállalkozás építőipari tevékenységének költséghatékonysága növelése érdekében 1 db hídmérleg, 2 db rakodógép, 1 db targonca, 3 db betongyártó gép és a hozzátartozó sablonok beszerzése. Berendezések együttes használatával beton termékeket kívánunk gyártani. A beruházás hozzájárul a szezonális építőipari, kivitelezési munkákhoz foglalkoztatott létszám egész éves foglakoztatásához, a munkahelyek megtartásához. A betonelemgyártó gép A gép mobil, beépített röpsúlyos vibro motorokkal felszerelt mechanikus betonoszlop gyártó gép, minden fajta (180-280 cm hosszúságig) betonoszlop előállításához. A betonelemeket közvetlenül a sima betonfelületre gyártja, gyártási magasság 10-20 cm. A betonoszlop azon része, amelyik érintkezik a gyártási felülettel, az olyan minőségű lesz, mint maga a fogadó beton felülete. A tömörítés-vibrálás a bélyeg és a sablon alsó (4db vibromotor) és felső (2 db vibro motor) elemére is hat. A gép vezérlése kézi forgókerekes láncos emelőszerkezet segítségével történik. A beton gépbe való töltése kézi erővel, lapáttal, a présbélyeg mozgatása láncos emelőszerkezettel történik, a gép mozgatása 4db fémkeréken gurulva minden irányba kézi erővel történik. A sablon késztermékről való leemelését mechanikus emelőszerkezet végzi. A gép (VP-5DSH) önjáró, excenter röpsúlyokkal felszerelt hidraulikus betonelem gyártó gép, minden fajta betonelem előállításához. A betonelemeket közvetlenül a sima betonfelületre gyártja, gyártási magasság 6-33 cm. A betontermék azon része, melyik érintkezik a gyártási felülettel, az olyan minőségű lesz, mint maga a fogadó beton felülete. A tömörítés-vibrálás a bélyeg és a sablon alsó és felső elemére is hat. A beton a gépbe való töltése kézi erővel, a sablon mozgatása hidraulikus kapcsolók, a gép mozgatása minden irányba hidro motorral történik. A sablon késztermékről való leemelését hidraulika végzi. Betonelem gyártó gép Receptúra-technológia Ajánlott friss beton felhasználás:C16FN,az az 1m3 beton(2to) készítéséhez szükséges: - min.300kg CEM II. 32,5 R-rapid cement vagy CEM II. 42,5N típusú cement szükséges -1/4 rész 4-8- as mosott,osztályozott kavics -3/4 rész 0-4- es mosott,osztályozott kavics - föld nedves állag eléréshez szükséges vízmennyiség 6-8liter,alapanyag nedvesség tartalmának figyelembe vételével -Gyártási folyamat:min 100-150m2 sik,szép felületű beton terület,gyártás után folyamatos locsolás,2nap után raklapra való elhelyezés,majd azon keresztül további 2hét locsolás. A késztermékek felhasználása a cement 28napos kötési idejét követően történhet. (Hungarian)
