CNC controlled molybdenum wire spark cutting machine: We have limited spark cutting capacity, increasing by 20 % with the help of the device. automatic cycle flat and profile grinder: Our flat grinding capacity is also narrow, increasing by 50 % with the purchase of the equipment. 9. In the case of tender No GOP-1.3.1-11/C-2012-0509, the final report was submitted to the grantor and the R & D & I results generated were utilised during the productive investment as follows: We can produce larger products or replace part-time work processes, as follows: With the purchase of the spark cutter, a device was purchased that produced a much more accurate surface quality, which could meet strict delivery in the automotive industry, and the production process was also transformed by the omission of subsequent grinding. 1. A 2899 M. n. s. egyéb speciális gép gyártásához kapcsolódó gyártási termelési kapacitásbővítés valósul meg. 2. Előkészítő tevékenységek: A vevői igények feltérképezése megtörtént, ennek az ismeretében alakítottuk ki a megalapozott fejlesztésünk. 3 . A projekt legfontosabb lépései: célunk több gépszerzés, amelyben nagy gyakorlatunk van. A projektet 2018.02.28-ig megvalósítjuk. 4. Szakmai standardok: a fejlesztés során az szakmai (ISO 9001) szabványokat figyelembe véve járunk el. A beszerzendő eszközök kiválasztásánál ismert szállítókat választottunk, jó szervizháttérrel. 5. a szakmai standardok megvalósulását biztosító eljárások, módszerek és a szakmai színvonal biztosítása: A működés és megvalósítás során nagy hangsúlyt fektetünk a bevezetett minőségirányitási rendszer használatára és a vevők által megkövetelt eljárásokat követjük. 6. A technológiai beruházásokban a projekt menedzsmentnek nagy tapasztalata van, már több ilyen projektet valósított meg támogatás segítségével. 7. Az eszköz újdonságtartalma, többlet értéke: képesek leszünk a versenytársaknál magasabb kapacitást kínálni, rövidebb határidőket és jobb minőséget. 8. projektelemek bemutatása: FANUC robodrill megmunkálóközpont: A miniatűr alkatrészek elkészítését nem tudtuk korábban gazdaságosan vállalni, ezzel az eszközzel képesek leszünk rentábilisan gyártani ilyeneket, teljes körűen kiszolgálva a piaci igényeket. CNC vezérlésű, molibdén huzalos szikraforgácsoló gép: Szűk a szikraforgácsolási kapacitásunk, az eszköz segítségével 20 %-al emelkedik. automata ciklusú sík és profilköszörű: A síkköszörűs kapacitásunk szintén szűk, 50 %-al emelkedik az eszköz beszerzésével. 9. Innovatív KKV-nak minősül a vállalkozásunk, a GOP-1.3.1-11/C-2012-0509 sorszámú pályázat esetében a záró beszámolót benyújtottuk a Támogató felé és a létrehozott K+F+I eredményt a termelő beruházás során hasznosítottuk az alábbiak szerint: A korábbinál nagyobb termékeket tudunk gyártani, illetve részmunkafolyamatok kiválthatók, az alábbiak szerint: A szikraforgácsoló beszerzése révén olyan eszköz került beszerzésre, amely sokkal pontosabb felületi minőséget állított elő, amivel a szigorú pl. autóipari beszállításnak is megfelelhettünk, ill. a gyártási folyamat is átalakult az utólagos köszörülés kihagyásával.
