The equipment includes pipe networks (ion water, tap water), drains and exhaust screens necessary for its operation. Description of Technology In the electroplating plant, the surface of industrial metals (steel, iron, copper, aluminium, etc.) is made of life-increasing, corrosion protection, electrical contact repair coating and protective layer. Coatings are transferred to the workpieces by electrolysis processes in aqueous solutions by means of electric direct current. The parts that have been manufactured are first degreased in alkaline and then electrochemical degreasing tanks, and after careful rinsing, it is placed in the hydrochloric acid pickling tank, where the metal oxides are removed from the surface. After further rinsing, the workpiece is placed in the tubs where the metal application takes place. It’s galvanising. After electrolysis or protective coating, another careful passivation (multiple rinsing) — colouring and drying occurs. With the technological line to be procured, we intend to carry out the above activity. The required floor area of the technological line is 4x32 m. Production capacity and added value through the purchase of equipment: Capacity of the new galvanising line 34.000 m² Increase in value added calculated as a result of the increase in capacity in 2017 over a 12-month production period, taking into account 2015 base year, in thousand HUF Name 2015. 2017.     A fejlesztés eszközbeszerzésről szól. Az eszköz telepítése a korábban bővített és felújított üzemcsarnokba történik. A berendezés tartalmazza a működtetéséhez szükséges cső hálózatokat (ion vize, csap vizes), lefolyókat, továbbá elszívó ernyőket. A Technológia ismertetése A galvanizáló üzemben az ipari fémgyártmányok (acél, vas, réz, alumínium, stb. alkatrészek) felületére élettartam-növelő, korrózióvédő, elektromos érintkezést javító bevonat, védőréteg készül. A bevonatok vizes oldatokban történő elektrolízis folyamatok útján kerülnek a munkadarabokra villamos egyenáram segítségével. A legyártásra került alkatrészeket előbb alkalikus, majd elektrokémiai zsírtalanító kádakban zsírtalanítják, majd gondos öblítés után kerül a sósavpácoló kádba, ahol a fémoxidokat távolítják el a felületről. Újabb öblítés után kerül a munkadarab azokba a kádakba, ahol a fémfelvitel történik. Ez a horganyozás. Az elektrolízist, illetve védőréteg kialakítást követően újabb gondos (többszöri öblítés) passziválás – színezés- és szárítás következik. A beszerzendő technológiai sorral a fenti tevékenységet kívánjuk végezni. A technológiai sor igényelt alapterülete 4x32 m. Termelőkapacitás, hozzáadott-érték növekedése az eszközbeszerzés révén: Az új horganyzó sor kapacitása 34.000 m2 A kapacitásnövekedés eredményeként kalkulált hozzáadott érték növekedése 2017. évben 12 hónap termelési időszakra vetítve, bázis évnek 2015. évet figyelembe véve, ezer Ft-ban Megnevezés 2015. 2017.
