Upon receipt of the order, we can immediately cut it to size according to the customer’s requirements and integrate it into production in our production management system. Therefore, the 5 and 7 day cut and delivery deadlines no longer have to be calculated for the delivery deadline of the products we work. The cutting and delivery costs that have been paid to the Czech company — EUR 15/cutting/piece — remain at our company. In the case of 1800-2000 new automotive tools, zirca saves between EUR 27,000 and EUR 30,000, which is taken into account at the cost of machining prices and we can provide our partner with a more competitive supplier price than the current German supplier. In addition, the heat treatment and nitridation will be carried out for us by Hungarian companies as subcontractors, the total value of which is calculated to increase the revenue of Hungarian companies by EUR 40,000-50,000. A fejlesztés során megvásárlásra kerül CNC meghajtott szerszámos eszterga Hwacheon Cutex160 BMC , amely nagy sebességű nagy pontosságú precíz , hatékony megmunkálást eredményez a régi CNC eszterga helyett. ( 20 éves ) Nem versenyképes a lassúsága és pontatlansága miatt. Hwachen Westa 1000 ez a modern nagy pontosságú gép szerszám gyártáshoz szükséges , az autóipari szerszám gyártáshoz mutatkozó igények kielégítésére alkalmassá teszi cégünket. . Gyors , hatékony és preciz megmunkálást eredményez a Németországi beszállítóval szemben. Jelenleg folynak a tárgyalások a szerszám gyártáshoz az éves keretszerződés aláírására , melyben Magyarországra kerül a jelenlegi Németországi szerszámgyártás. A Pilous ARG330 CF-NC CNC Automata Fűrészgép a szerszámgyártáshoz szükséges alapanyagok hatékony pontos és gyors darabolásához illetve a széria jellegű gépipari sorozat gyártáshoz szükséges. A gép beszerzésével a szerszám alapanyagot rúdban vásároljuk meg, nagy tételben . A megrendelés beérkezésekor a megrendelő igényeinek megfelelően azonnal tudjuk méretre vágni és a termelési irányítási rendszerünkben gyártásba integrálni. Igy az 5 és 7 napos darabolási és szállitási határidőket már nem kell kell bekalkulálni az általunk megmunkált termékek kiszállítási határidejébe. A darabolási és a szállitási költségek melyet eddig a Csehországi cégnek fizettünk - darabonként 15 EUR / vágás / db - cégünknél marad . 1800 -2000 db új autóipari szerszám esetén cirka 27.000-30.000 Eur megtakarítást jelent , melyet a megmunkálási árak önköltségénél figyelembe vesszük és beleszámítjuk versenyképesebb beszállítói árat tudunk partnerünknek megadni mint a jelenlegi német beszállitó. Ezen felül a hőkezelést és nitridálást magyar cégek fogják számunkra mint alvállalkozók elvégezni , melynek összértéke számításaink szerint 40.000-50.000 Eur összegben magyarországi cégek bevételét gyarapítja.
