As a result of the project, our company will be richer with a Huvitz Kaiser complete lens grinding system and a digital dioptry meter. Taking into account the market situation, we selected the machines with the best price/value ratio, on the basis of which Argus Optik Kft. offered the most favourable offer for us. The abrasive system has an innovative and fast moulding function. The device is suitable for the manufacture of three types of lenses, polycarbonate, high index and CR39 plastic lenses. During the production process, several types of wood panel modes are available: mini-woodets, asymmetrical wood panels for large-base lenses, and partial wood panels for the production of premium design frames. It significantly reduces the amount of dust, while also providing a perfect and final solution by preventing the shaft from turning even in the special hydrophobic lenses. With the abrasive unit, all kinds of lens materials can be machined by 3D lens scanning, and also 3D Nut milling heads provide the most accurate results. It offers a full-fledged design option, which can generate significant added value. This is achieved through the possibility of machining the types of glasses that have been available to us to a limited extent. It is expected that we will be able to increase our turnover by at least 15-20 % by implementing the development. With the investment we aim to increase the number of lenses and glasses produced by us. We currently produce 1000 pieces per year, and we want to increase the number of pieces produced using the abrasive system that can be obtained during this tender. We would like to double our production in the next two years. Thanks to the requested device, we can polish the manufactured lenses with greater accuracy. With this we can realise the precise and personalised preparation of higher value, multifunctional glasses. Thanks to the drilling mechanism of the grinding machine, we will also be able to make the so-called drilled frames professionally and accurately. During the process, the lenses are drilled and inserted into this hole by taps into the centre and the stems. The latest peak of Japanese technology is the high-precision reference diopter, which is of particular importance in pre-production tests. The device complements diopter measurement with features that significantly facilitate the test and provide information that was previously unavailable. With the machine, it is possible to check the possible distortion of the spectacle lenses, which are already framed but are of unknown production. With the machine we can determine the refractive index of the lens material, so we can easily replace lenses based on the original lens data. This feature adds significant added value to our services. (English) | |||||||||||||||

A megpályázott eszköznek köszönhetően nagyobb pontossággal tudjuk lecsiszolni a gyártott lencséket. Ennek segítségével magasabb értékű, multifunkcionális szemüvegek pontos és személyre szabott elkészítését tudjuk megvalósítani. A csiszológép fúrószerkezetének köszönhetően lehetőségünk lesz az úgynevezett fúrt keretek szakszerű és pontos elkészítésre is. A folyamat során a lencséket kifúrjuk, és ebbe a lyukba illesztjük bele csapokkal a középrészt és a szárakat. A japán technológia legújabb csúcsa a nagypontosságú referencia dioptriamérő, mely a gyártást megelőző vizsgálatok során kiemelt fontosságú. (Hungarian)
