The investment meets the criteria set out in points (a) and (f) of point 4.4.2.3.1. Export turnover increased by 33 % from 2014 to 2015 and the investment takes place in a free business zone. The project is planned to be implemented within a milestone with 1 settlement with an advance payment. It will comply with the national and international quality, professional and technical standards required by the woodworking process and required by the market. The professional competence of the owners is the guarantee to achieve and maintain professional standards. Their competence is justified by the increasing turnover of the Bt. and the exponential increase in export sales. The project management member is the two owners of the Bt, who have been engaged in this activity since its foundation. Since the start of the Bt, significant improvements have been made, 3 of which were made with the help of tender sources. They are well aware of the market needs and expectations of their activities, and this project demonstrates how to meet these expectations. Among the products produced under the project, products made with 5 head planers of the Soukup GS 523 type have added value, because Superpush 250 prepared from the defect-free raw material can be equipped with raisining and edge milling at low cost, all of which is combined with a mirror-smooth surface, which brings the products to a premium category (Swedish floor, ship floor, fence elements). Integration into the existing technological queue: Superpush 250 — cut boards after optimisation and error pronunciation. Wirex CZP-4A/WZM follows the processing process. The Superpush 250 is followed by the Soukup GS 523 5-head planer, which performs finishing works. It’s planing, it’s thick, it’s hard. He’s making me ready. Wirex CZP-4A/WZM either cuts the thin beam directly or further processes materials made by the CZP-4 thickness processing machine previously purchased into boards or stakes. The ABM PNK-SP automatic saw blade sharpen the blades of each sawing machine. Still forklift trucks are semi-finished or move finished products or raw materials produced by each machine. A beruházás a 4.4.2.3.1 pont a.) és f.) pontjában foglalt szempontoknak felel meg. Az export árbevétel 2014-ről 2015 évre 33 %-al nőtt és a beruházás szabad vállalkozási zónában valósul meg. Kapacitás bővülés: a beszerezni kívánt gépek közül a Wirex CZP-4A/WZM a korábban 4 ütemben végzett feldolgozási tevékenységet 1 ütemben végzi el, a Soukup GS 523 gyalu 3 műveletet végez 1 ütemben. A Superpush 250 kivágást optimalizál és az anyaghibákat minimalizálja automatikusan. Ilyen a piacon is csúcsminőségnek számító berendezések alapvetően javítják a technológiai felkészültséget és a versenyképességet. Az erőforrásokat hatékonyabban tudja kihasználni (nő az 1 munkaóra által előállított minőségi termékek száma, csökken a selejt és a hulladék nagysága). Az beszerzés nem minősül terv és engedély köteles tevékenységnek. A fejlesztés kifejezetten piaci igényekre alapozott a piaci partnerekkel történt az előzetes egyeztetés alapján. A projektet egy mérföldkő alatt kívánják megvalósítani 1 elszámolással előleg igénybe vétele mellett. Meg fog felelni a fafeldolgozás során előírt, ill. a piac által megkövetelt hazai és nemzetközi minőségi, szakmai és műszaki standardoknak. A szakmai színvonal elérésére és fenntartására a tulajdonosok szakmai felkészültsége a biztosíték. Hozzáértésüket a Bt. emelkedő árbevétele és az export árbevétel hatványozott növekedése igazolja. A projekt menedzsment tagja a Bt két tulajdonosa, akik a megalakulás óta foglalkoznak ezzel a tevékenységgel. A Bt indulása óta jelentős fejlesztéseket valósítottak meg, melyből 3 db pályázatos forrás bevonásával készült el. Jól ismerik a tevékenységükkel kapcsolatos piaci igényeket, az elvárásokat és jelen projekt bizonyítja, hogy tudják hogyan feleljenek meg ezeknek az elvárásoknak. A projekt keretében előállított termékek közül a Soukup GS 523 típusú 5 fejes gyalugéppel készült termékek hordoznak többlet értéket, mert a Superpush 250-el előkészített a hibamentes alapanyagból alacsony előállítási költségük mellett elláthatók fózolással, élmarással, mindez tükörsima felületel párosul, mely a termékeket prémium kategóriába emeli (svédpadló, hajópadló, kerítéselemek). A meglévő technológiai sorba illeszkedés: Superpush 250 – deszkékat vág ki optimalizálás és hibakiejtés után. A Wirex CZP-4A/WZM vékonyrönk feldolgozó beszerzést követi. A Superpush 250 – et követi a Soukup GS 523 típusú 5 fejes gyalugép, mely a befejező munkákat végzi. Gyalul, vastagságot állít, fózol vagy mar. Készre gyárt. A Wirex CZP-4A/WZM vagy közvetlenül a vékonyrönköt vágja, vagy a korábban vásárolt CZP-4 vastagrönk feldolgozó gép által készített anyagokat dolgozza fel tovább deszkává vagy karóvá. Az ABM PNK-SP automata fűrészlap élező mindegyik fűrészgép lapját élezi. A Still targonca mindegyik gép által termelt félkész, vagy készterméket, illetve az alapanyagot mozgatja.
