New equipment directly related to production and handling will be procured under the project: 1.: purchase of a unique drilling mill for cutting steel structures. By putting the cutting machine into service, we also have the opportunity to manufacture the structural components of large-sized crane steel structures and to cut the shaped parts of crane lifting gears. The greatest advantage of the combined equipment (drilling, milling, further development) is that in every important range of dimensions it is possible to machine and design the structural components, tread rollers of lifting and moving machinery, and to produce individual machine parts, later almost all other machine parts requiring precise machining. 2.: in our steel structure production hall there are 25 t crane cranes, which has severely limited our production and related handling tasks, therefore our company lost significant orders (large cranes). In order to solve this, 1 pc 10 t x 18.56 m running crane will be purchased. 3.: we wish to acquire one industrial surface treatment technology system for the application of manual spraying (with cranable design) to introduce our previously contracted grain blasting activity. The surface treatment system itself consists of a surface treatment technology cubicle and a compressed-air granular spraying equipment. It is suitable for grain spray cleaning of steels and welded structures. The workpiece to be cleaned is placed in the spray booth using a forklift or crane, which is soundproof and has adequate wear protection (rubber plate). At the same time in the spray room, one person may scatter the grain in a protective suit with a suitable fresh air device. The dust resulting from the blasting process is absorbed by a ventilating fan. The extracted air is cleaned by a dry, cartridged dust separation filter, and about 80-95 % of the purified air is returned to the working space. There’s no dusty air in the environment. The complete cleaning room is controlled from a separate control cabinet The sprayer uses steel granules for spraying, the spraying material is put into the hopper during cleaning and can be reused after mechanised cleaning! The standard deviation can be done on a continuous basis. As the investment is realised, we are looking forward to the production value chain: we introduce new technology, we modernise our cutting machine park, we perform quality improvement (more tolerance machining, more precise parts, assemblies) and later (product development cycle) we will be able to produce new products (complete advanced equipment, hoisters). The technology to be used will lead to progress in the production value chain: with the help of new technological equipment, the production of better products is considered possible in addition to the production of added value of HUF 19.1 to 23 million/year (2017-2019) (a separate declaration is attached)! A projekt keretében közvetlenül a gyártáshoz és anyagmozgatáshoz kapcsolódó, új eszközök kerülnek beszerzésre: 1.,: acélszerkezetek forgácsoló megmunkálásához szükséges egyedi fúró-marómű beszerzése. A forgácsoló gép üzembe állításával lehetőségünk nyílik nagy méretű daru acélszerkezetek szerkezeti elemeinek gyártására és a daru emelőszerkezetek futóművei alakos alkatrészeinek forgácsolására is. A kombinált berendezés (fúrás, marás, továbbfejleszthetőség) legnagyobb előnye, hogy minden fontos méretttartományban lehetővé válik az emelőművek és haladóművek szerkezeti elemeinek, futógörgőinek megmunkálása, kialakítása, egyedi gépelemek gyártása, később majdnem minden egyéb precíz megmunkálást igénylő saját tervezésű gépalkatrész gyártása. 2.,: az acélszerkezet gyártó csarnokunkban 2 db 5 t teherbírású daru üzemel, mely erősen lekorlátozta az eddigi gyártási és a hozzá kapcsolódó anyagmozgatási feladataink elvégzését, emiatt jelentős megrendelésektől (nagyméretű daruk) esett el vállalkozásunk. Ennek megoldása érdekében beszerzésre kerül 1 db 10 t x 18,56 m csarnoki futódaru. 3.,: korábban bérmunkában végeztetett szemcseszórási tevékenységünk meghonosításához beszerezni kívánunk 1 db ipari felületkezelő technológiai rendszert kézi rendszerű szemcseszóró alkalmazásához (daruzható kialakítással). Maga a felületkezelő rendszer felületkezelő technológiai fülkéből és egy sűrített levegős szemcsés szórástechnikai berendezésből áll. Acélok, hegesztett szerkezetek szemcsefúvásos felülettisztítására alkalmas. A tisztítandó munkadarab targonca vagy daru segítségével kerül a szóró fülkébe, mely hangszigetelt, megfelelő kopásvédelemmel (gumilemez) ellátott. A szóró teremben egyidejűleg egy személy végezhet szemcseszórást, megfelelő frisslevegős készülékkel ellátott védőruhában. A szemcseszórás során keletkező port elszívó ventillátor szívja el. Az elszívott levegőt száraz, patronos rendszerű porleválasztó-szűrőberendezés megtisztítja, majd a tisztított levegő kb. 80-95 százaléka visszakerül a munkatérbe. A környezetbe poros levegő nem kerül. A komplett tisztító terem vezérlése egy külön vezérlőszekrényből történik A szóróberendezés a szóráshoz acélszemcsét használ, a tisztítás során kiszórt szóróanyag a garatba kerül, majd gépesített tisztítást követően újrahasználható! A szórás így folyamatosan végezhető. A beruházás megvalósulásával előre lepünk a termelési értékláncban: új technológiát vezetünk be, korszerűsítjük a forgácsolástechnológiai gépparkunkat, minőségfejlesztést hajtunk végre (nagyobb tűrésű megmunkálás lehetősége, pontosabb alkatrészek, részegységek) illetve a későbbiekben (termékfejlesztési ciklus) új termékeket tudunk majd gyártani (komplett haladóművek, emelőművek). Az alkalmazni kívánt technológia a termelési értékláncban történő előrelépést eredményezi: új technológiai berendezések segítségével jobb termékek előállítása vélik lehetővé 19,1-23 millió Ft/év (2017-2019) hozzáadott-érték termelése mellett (külön nyilatkozat csatolva)!
