Glory Home Kft.'s tender concerns the new production equipment target area, within which 1 TSA-Roller 1240 make-up machine will be purchased. The machine is suitable for welded and perforated bags. This is accompanied by the Contract of Mandate, the invoice and the bank statement. My company delivered to Coala Hungary Kft. bags for paper handkerchiefs and napkins. —My enterprise falls into the category of under-represented enterprise because it owns 100 % of the company -The project is carried out on a working site. A Glory Home Kft. pályázata a gyártáshoz kapcsolódó új termelő eszköz célterületre irányul, amelynek keretén belül 1 db TSA-Roller 1240 konfekcionáló termelő gép beszerzésére kerül sor. A gép alkalmas hegesztett és perforált tasakok készítésére. Rendelkezik automata cséve nélküli 2 oldali fertekercselővel, valamint automata tekercs szállítóval. A hegesztő egysége variálható, mivel alj hegesztésére is alkalmas. Az alsó és a felső profil állandóan fűtött, hőfokszabályzóval és mikroprocesszor vezérléssel van ellátva. Zárt hűtőrendszer gondoskodik a hegesztő pofa hűtéséről. A gép 4 db szervó vezérrel "Brush-Less" motorral működik, amely biztosítja az anyag kellő feszességét a hegesztő pofa alatt. Minden műszaki paraméter az érintő képernyős kijelzőn látható és állítható. A gép az internet elérés segítségével alkalmas arra, hogy bármilyen probléma esetén távsegítséget kérjünk a gyárból. A gép kialakítása az alábbiakat tartalmazza: 1 db Hydraulikus emelővel ellátott 1200 mm széles letekercselő berendezés a tekercsek maximális átmérője 1200 mm (maximum 1500 kg), 76 m belső átmérőjű tekercshez 1 db fotocella nyomdázott fólia a feldolgozáshoz 1 db automata (cséve nélküli) feltekercselő egység független szervó vezérelt "brush-less" motorokkal 1 db dupla V hajtogató egység a tasak szélességének 2/3/4 hajtására. Mivel a projekt megvalósítási helyszíne Szabad Vállalkozási zónában van, ezért a támogatási intenzitás 70%, így a projekt keretében igényelt támogatás összege: 38.433.780 Ft. A saját forrás pedig: 16.471.620 Ft. Az értékelési szempontoknál figyelembe vehető potenciáloknál az alábbiakkal rendelkezik vállalkozásunk: -Vállalkozásom rendelkezik beszállítói szerződéssel: A Coala Hungary Kft-nek szállítottunk be csomagoló anyagot. Erről csatoljuk a megbízási Szerződést, a számlát és a bankszámlakivonatot. A Coala Hungary Kft-nek cégem papír zsebkendő és szalvéta csomagolására gyártott tasakokat szállított. -Vállalkozásom az alulreprenzentált vállalkozás kategóriába tartozik mivel 100%-os tulajdonosa nő -A projekt működő telephelyen valósul meg.
