The equipment purchased by Klippan Autóház Kft. in the framework of the tender represents a capacity-enhancing investment in the field of metalworking. Size: 8x4 m floor area, 3 m height. The spray gun is suitable for manual spraying, works with steel grain with a pressure of 6 bar. The workpiece to be cleaned enters the cabin on a knitted track. The equipment collects, cleanses and re-uses the spray material used. The cabin is operated from a control cabinet. The equipment allows the safe surface treatment of larger workpieces of appropriate quality. The powder painting equipment consists of several units. The essence of the technology is to clean and dry the surface-treated metal part or sub-assembly with desalinated water, then paint the paint with an electrostatic dust sprayer and then burn the paint onto the surface in a suitable furnace. The resulting painted surface protects the metal parts from corrosion in the most effective way and has an aesthetic function. The workpieces go through the system through a convejor orbit. A Klippan Autóház Kft. által a pályázat keretében beszerzésre kerülő eszközök a fémmegmunkálás területén jelentenek kapacitásnövelő beruházást. A gépek beszerzésével a fém alkatrészek és részegységek gyártása modernizálódik, a társaság alkalmassá válik új, főleg autóipari beszállítói láncokhoz csatlakozni. A modern gépek segítségével a társaság nagy volumenben, megfelelő és állandó minőségben lesz képes a megrendelői igényeket kielégíteni. A beruházás során beszerzésre kerül egy MAZAK CNC eszterga, egy INSUDTRIPLAN szemcseszóró és porfestő berendezés. A CNC eszterga különböző autóipari és más fém alkatrészek gyártásához, illetve a társaság autójavító szolgáltatásának részét képező fékjavításhoz szükséges. A géppel a társaság elvégezheti a javításra kerülő féktárcsák, fékdobok felszabályozását, amit eddig alvállalkozóval végeztetett a cég. A beszerzésre kerülő gép 12 férőhelyes dob revolverfejjel ellátott, NC vezérelt szegnyereggel, csapágyazott csúccsal, állítható szegnyereg nyomással. A gép hidraulikus nyomásfigyelővel és retesz funkcióval ellátott, a biztonságos üzemelés érdekében. mérőrendszere abszolút pozícionáló. CN funkciói többek között maróorsó szinkronizálás, áthelyezés érzékelés, CNC vezérlés, progr4amozható blokk stop funkció. A szemcseszóró berendezés önálló kabinnal rendelkezik. Mérete: 8x4m alapterület, 3m magasság. A szórópisztoly kézi szórásra alkalmas, acélszemcsével dolgozik 6 bar nyomással. A tisztítandó munkadarab kötött pályán kerül be a kabinba. A berendezés a felhasznált szóróanyagot összegyűjti, tisztítja, majd újra-felhasználja. A kabin működtetése egy vezérlő szekrényről történik. A berendezéssel nagyobb munkadarabok biztonságos felületkezelése végezhető el megfelelő minőségben. A porfestő berendezés több egységből áll. A technológia lényege, hogy a felületkezelt fém alkatrészt vagy részegységet sómentesített vízzel tisztítják, szárítják, majd a festéket elektrosztatikus porszóró berendezéssel festik, majd a festéket a felületre egy erre alkalmas kemencében ráégetik. Az így kapott festett felület a leghatékonyabb módon védi a fém alkaltrészt a korróziótól, és esztétikai funkciója is van. A munkadarabok egy konvejor pályán keresztül megy végig a rendszeren. A porszóró kabin mérete:4,3x2 méter, magassága: 2,7 méter. A porbeégető berendezés 100-180 KW teljesítményű. (Hungarian)
