During the production of timber and building carpentry products carried out by the Kft., a wide range of sizes should be ensured in line with the customer’s needs. In order to be competitive and efficient, it is essential to speed up processing processes and improve quality. The current development allows the use of a production process that results in a 300 % faster production rate for certain products. The machines can be operated in succession as a “production line” and can be used separately, complemented by the current two high-performance sawing machines, in a freely chosen order, in proportion to the actual orders. The BMT 300 automatic tooth spreader and BMT 500 industrial sharpening machine perform the sharpening and folding functions of saws required to replace saw blades every two hours. The saw blades in use and spare saw blades are therefore continuously maintained and sharp, and replacement is possible in any case, while keeping the chance of production to a minimum. The Wirex CZP-2 saw machine improves and accelerates the processing of logs in different diameters by 23 %. In addition to speed, the yield from the logs improves significantly, as the logs are positioned optimally on the dispatch table in a position that avoids defective parts of the log in the best possible proportion of the cut-off part to be further processed. It is possible to adjust the size up to 70-300 mm. The Wirex CZ-3 saw machine is capable of producing three boards at the same time (e.g. 3 pieces of 15 mm) or even different thicknesses (e.g. 15-20-25 mm) with one operation. The unedged material removed from the CZP-2 machine allows the production of three unedged boards at the same time, which do not require further processing, after being placed in the CZ-3 machine. This option results in an efficiency increase of 300 % compared to the current cutting technique. The Wirex MS-2 series cutting machine is suitable for cutting the edges of the CZP-3 and/or CZ-3 machined material or producing boards that do not require further processing. The machine performs the functions of the traditional circular saw, but allows cutting much faster and more accurately, while significantly improving cutting quality. The machine can be used for the production of quality pallet elements, as the high quality of the size and cutting makes it possible to assemble pallets more aesthetic than usual. The Dinaco HC 9 saw can be varied with the above machines in any order, connected to any phase or aligned with existing machines. The machine performs cross-cutting, i.e. to be used to shape the length of the final product. Currently, the final products are stretched by hand or with a band saw. The machines to buy under the current development process the log processing faster and more efficiently than usual, and the amount of waste (firewood) is reduced to a minimum by improving further processability and applicability.     A Kft. által végzett fűrészáru és épület asztalosipari termékek gyártása során a vevői igényeknek megfelelően egyre szélesebb méretválasztékot kell biztosítani. A versenyképesség és hatékonyság érdekében nélkülözhetetlen a feldolgozási folyamatok gyorsítása és a minőség javítása. A jelenlegi fejlesztés egy olyan gyártási folyamat alkalmazását teszi lehetővé, mely bizonyos termékek esetében a jelenleginél 300%-al gyorsabb előállítást eredményez. A gépek akár egymás után elhelyezve, mint „gyártósor” is üzemelhetnek, valamint külön-külön, a jelenlegi két nagy teljesítményű fűrészgéppel kiegészítve szabadon választott sorrendben, az aktuális megrendelések teljesítéséhez szükséges arányban is használhatók. A BMT 300 automata fogterpesztő és BMT 500 ipari élező gép a fűrészek előírás szerű, két óránkénti fűrészlap cseréjéhez szükséges élezési és hajtogatási feladatait látja el. A használatban levő és tartalék fűrészlapok ezáltal folyamatosan karbantartottak és élesek, a csere minden esetben megvalósítható, a termelés kimaradás esélyének minimális szinten tartása mellett. A Wirex CZP-2 fűrészgép az eltérő átmérőben érkező rönkök feldolgozását javítja és gyorsítja 23%-al. A gyorsaság mellett a rönkből való kihozatal is jelentősen javul, ugyanis a feladóasztalon a rönk optimálisan pozícionálva olyan állásban megy végig, mely a rönk hibás részeit a tovább feldolgozandó, kivágott részből a lehető legjobb arányban elkerüli. A méret állítása 70-300 mm-ig lehetséges. A Wirex CZ-3 fűrészgép alkalmas arra, hogy egyszerre három, akár egyforma (pl. 3 db 15 mm) vagy akár különböző vastagságú (pl. 15-20-25 mm) deszkát állítson elő egy művelettel. A CZP-2 gépből kivett szélezetlen anyag a CZ-3 gépbe helyezését követően egyszerre három szélezetlen, további megmunkálást nem igénylő deszka előállítását teszi lehetővé. Ez a lehetőség a jelenlegi vágástechnikához képest 300%-os hatékonyságnövelést eredményez. A Wirex MS-2 sorozatvágó gép alkalmas arra, hogy a CZP-3 és/vagy CZ-3 géppel előállított anyag széleit levágja vagy további megmunkálást nem igénylő deszkát állítson elő. A gép a hagyományos körfűrész feladatait látja el, azonban annál jóval gyorsabban és pontosabban vágást tesz lehetővé, a vágásminőség jelentős javítása mellett. A minőségi raklapelemek előállításához kiválóan alkalmazható a gép, ugyanis a méret és a vágás jó minősége a megszokottnál esztétikusabb raklap összeállítását teszi lehetővé. A Dinaco HC 9 fűrész a fenti gépekkel bármilyen sorrendben variálható, bármely fázisba csatlakoztatható vagy a már meglevő gépekkel összehangolva alkalmazható. A gép kereszt irányú vágást végez, azaz a végtermék hosszának kialakításához használandó. Jelenleg a végső termékek hosszolása kézzel, vagy szalagfűrésszel történik. A jelenlegi fejlesztés keretében megvásárolni kívánt gépek a rönkfeldolgozást a megszokottnál gyorsabban, hatékonyabban végzik, a további feldolgozhatóságot és alkalmazhatóságot javítva minimálisra csökken a hulladék (tűzifa) mennyisége.
