Within the framework of the project, we complement our service activities (part assembly) with the development of unique component manufacturing technology. (Acquisition of CNC cutting machines, installation and development of manufacturing activities). The entire production activity will include the following complete production process: custom assembly (electrical and mechanical tools), sanding, surface cleaning, surface preparation, surface treatment, production of steel structures, welding, cutting, metalworking. For the activities listed, the company has the appropriate equipment pool, but the acquisition of 1 TCS 2000 CNC turning machine and 1 EMR-610D CNC machining centre and the recruitment of 4 new employees are required in order to start the production of individual metal parts. With the tools to be procured, we will be able to manufacture individual precision parts in a larger number, which will be used partly in our own service activities and will be sold for a significant part. By sourcing the bevelbed CNC lathe machine and CNC machining center, we could provide individual production of components that will be used in hydrocarbon extraction, light industry and vehicle manufacturing. The mechanical construction of the machines is designed to cover the widest possible range of applications. The accuracy of machining (positioning, repetition) was an important aspect of the choice of the machine: 0.016 mm and 0.008 mm. The working space size is 610x460x510. All axles are equipped with robust measuring boards, so the accuracy of the manufactured parts is guaranteed over the long term. There is no need to change grips with a 24-seat tool store, the next step of machining can continue with a simple change of tools. Both machines have user-friendly touchscreen Windows-based controllers and enable CADCAM machining programs to be run, so we can make it fully automated. Our capacity building will be implemented in two steps. The first step is the acquisition of the machining centre and the second step the acquisition of the turning machine. We create the least conceptual machining, we start machining individual pieces. During the development, no real estate or infrastructural investments are made in connection with the machines to be purchased. The necessary conditions for the installation of the machines (air pressure construction, electrical connection, etc.) will be provided by our company. A projekt keretén belül a szolgáltatási tevékenységünket (alkatrész-összeszerelés) egészítjük ki az egyedi alkatrészgyártási technológia kialakításával. (CNC forgácsoló gépek beszerzése, beüzemelése és a gyártási tevékenység kialakítása). A teljes gyártási tevékenység az alábbi komplett gyártási folyamatot foglalja majd magában: egyedi összeszerelés (villamos és gépészeti eszközök), homokszórás, felülettisztítás, felület előkészítés, felületkezelés, acélszerkezetek gyártása, hegesztés, forgácsolás, fémmegmunkálás. A felsorolt tevékenységekhez a megfelelő eszközparkkal a vállalkozás rendelkezik, ellenben az egyedi fémipari alkatrész gyártási tevékenység megindítása érdekében 1db TCS 2000 CNC esztergagép és 1db EmR-610D CNC megmunkáló központ beszerzése és 4 új munkavállaló felvétele szükséges. A beszerzendő eszközökkel nagyobb tömegben képessé válunk egyedi precíziós alkatrészek gyártására, amelyeket részben saját szolgáltatási tevékenységeink során használunk majd fel és jelentős részben értékesítésre kerülnek. A ferdeágyas CNC esztergagép és a CNC megmunkáló központ beszerzésével olyan alkatrészek egyedi gyártását tudnánk megoldani, amelyek a szénhidrogén kitermelésben, a könnyűiparban és a járműgyártásban kerülnek majd felhasználásra. A gépek mechanikai felépítését a lehető legszélesebb alkalmazási területek lefedésére alakították ki. Fontos szempont volt a megmunkáló gép kiválasztásakor a megmunkálás (pozicionálás, ismétlési) pontossága: 0,016mm és 0,008mm. A munkatér mérete 610x460x510. Minden tengelyen strapabíró mérőlécekkel van felszerelve, így a gyártott alkatrészek pontossága hosszútávon is garantált. 24 férőhelyes szerszámtárral nem szükséges fogást váltanunk, egyszerű szerszámváltással a megmunkálás következő lépése folytatódhat. Mindkét gép felhasználóbarát, érintőképernyős Windows alapú vezérlővel rendelkezik és a CADCAM megmunkálási programok lefuttatását is lehetővé teszi, így teljesen automatizálttá tudjuk tenni. A kapacitásbővítésünket két lépésben fogjuk megvalósítani. Első lépésben a megmunkáló központ beszerzése, a második lépésben pedig az esztergagép beszerzése valósul meg. Kialakítjuk a legkevesebb felfogásból történő megmunkálást, elkezdjük az egyedi darabok megmunkálását. A fejlesztés során a beszerezni kívánt gépekhez kapcsolódóan ingatlan, infrastrukturális beruházás nem történik. A gépek üzembe helyezéséhez szükséges feltételeket (levegőnyomás kiépítés, villamos csatlakozási lehetőség stb.) a cégünk biztosítani fogja. Az ügyvezetés az alkatrészgyártás piacán több éves piaci tapasztalattal rendelkezik, így biztosított a kapacitásbővítő beruházás sikeressége. (Hungarian)
